Formation of Anti-U.S. Joint Front is General Trend

Pyongyang, January 25 (KCNA) -- The movement to form an anti-U.S. joint front is active in the international arena this year in an effort to cope with the U.S. moves to dominate the world. This trend is drawing the world attention.
A typical example is Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad's five-day visits to four Latin American countries from Jan. 8
The U.S. employed every possible means and ways to bar his visits by putting pressure on those countries that agreed to host the Iranian president.
Governments of Iran and Latin American countries resolutely rejected the pressure and warnings of the U.S. and put their plans into practice, demonstrating their will to fight it out against the U.S.
Welcoming the Iranian president's visits to their countries, the Latin American countries clarified their stand to conduct dynamic joint struggle against the U.S. by rejecting the U.S. brigandish demand and boosting solidarity and cooperation with Iran.
When the U.S. threatened to slap sanctions against Iran over its oil export while taking issue with its nuclear development for peaceful purposes, the Iranian government strongly reacted to it, threatening that it would close the Strait of Hormuz.
Upset by this, the U.S. is crying out for military option in case of the closure.
The world is of the view that the recent visits provided a good opportunity for Iran and the Latin American countries to reaffirm their common stand against the U.S. and pool their efforts to foil the U.S. moves to isolate and control them.
The formation of the anti-U.S. joint front is the general world trend at present. -0-
