I just wanted to ask, as I am curious, does the DPRK have online delivery services, like how China, Russia, and most of the world including its allies does? I'm just asking as I have not seen anything about it on KCTV yet, which has made me curious!
Even back in September 2012 I witnessed for myself when my lady guide ordered a new trouser suit online and our driver handed her a package .
In fact the DPRK is aiming to expand e commerce . On the 26th of February 2015 the Yonphung Business Information Technology Centre of the DPRK opened the website Manmulsang electronic commerce site on the DPRK’s internal internet network . The website Mammulsang stated “ “At present the centre has got a perfect electronic commercial system equipped with an electronic settlement system and a delivery system, and is expanding the operation as befits its position as the top electronic commerce business in the country”

Is there parts of 'With the Century' covered the period of build up socialism like since 1945 till latest? Which are the parts? Are the English? Any link
Unfortunately President KIM IL SUNG passed away before he could complete the writing of “With the Century “ that would cover the period of socialist construction after 1945. However the DPRK are publishing the complete works of President KIM IL SUNG which includes most articles ,writings and speeches . This contained very detailed information . So far only 3 volumes covering the period to the end of 1946 have been translated to English . These are not online .
From Paula Is the veterinary services for pets also free of charge for the people in the DPRK? I assume it must be free for the veterinary services involved in farming, for sanitary reasons, but is it also that way with pets?
This is a subject that I have not got much information about ,partly because people having domestic pets other than goldfish is something relatively new,
As you say veterinary treatment in the DPRK is free for farm animals,as part of state support for agriculture . I put the question to the embassy but they were not sure whether veterinary treatment for domestic pets is free .
The DPRK does have universities of veterinary science for example the Phyongsong University of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry and there is also an animal hospital at the Central Zoo . I would assume that veterinary universities would provide veterinary treatment free as part of the teaching programme
