The Association For the Study of Songun Politics UK(ASSPUK),the Juche Idea Study Group of England(JISGE), the UK Korean Friendship Association(UK KFA) and the British Solidarity Committee for Peace and Reunification of Korea (BSCPRKP)issued a statement concerning the
latest extreme war provocations against People's Korea by US imperialism:
On the evening of Tuesday 10th of October(the 10th of October being a public holiday in People's Korea as it is the anniversary of the foundation of the ruling Workers' Party of Korea) the US
imperialists fly nuclear capable B1 bombers across the Korean peninsula carrying missile launching
drills. Meanwhile the US imperialists have dispatched the nuclear submarine USS Michigan , which is an 18,000 ton submarine armed with 154 Tomahawk Cruise Missiles , to Korean waters to arrive
at the weekend. This is crude intimidation of People's Korea and a clumsy attempt at colonial style
gunboat diplomacy by the US imperialists .
The fascist maniac Trump has said that the DPRK should have been 'sorted out 25 years ago ' and
that the DPRK only understand one thing . Matthis,known as a mad dog, the US defence secretary
has told the US army to be ready for action against People's Korea. Thus the US imperialists led
by Trump are trying kindle the fire of nuclear war on the Korean peninsula .
Our organisations strongly denounce all the latest war provocations against People's Korea , an
independent and sovereign state . The US must stop all provocations against People' Korea and withdraw its troops now !
We call for the maximum solidarity with People's Korea !
