US and Panaman break international laws and regulations and deny human rights

Apparently the DPRK sailors of the captured ship the Chonchongang are being held in Panama without DPRK diplomats having access to them . It is quite normal in cases like this for the diplomats of the country concerned to be able to visit prisoners and offer any assistance, Thus the DPRK sailors have been denied consular and legal assistance. Nor has the Red Cross been to see them. An appalling violation of human rights and international law by the US imperialists and their reactionary Panamanian puppets. Even when US spy, counter-revolutionary and capitalist exploiter Kenneth Bae was arrested in the DPRK he was afforded the assistance of the Swedish Embassy(acting on behalf on the US which has no embassy in the DPRK) and offered the services of a lawyer which he declined. Why aren't honest Korean sailors being given the same rights by Panama and the US that was given to Kenneth Bae.
