                        London 24 September Juche 101
The ASSPUK, JISGE and UK KFA issued the following joint statement in connection with the recent provocation action of the south Korean puppets in the West Sea of Korea.
We strongly denounce the heinous, and utterly idiotic, provocation committed by the south Korean puppet navy in the waters of the West Sea on Friday 21st of September.
This incident fully showed the war-like and aggressive nature of the south  Korean puppet military (who act under the instigation and control of the United States ) who not only intruded into the territorial waters of the DPRK but fired on the innocent fishing vessels of a third country.
The incident was also a result of the farcical insistence by the south Korean puppet authorities on the so-called "northern limit line" which is not recognised by the DPRK and indeed has no validity in international law.
Clearly provocations such as this one strain the situation on the Korean peninsula to breaking point , bringing it near to conditions in which a second Korean war could break out . Such a war would not just have catastrophic consequences not just for Korea but for the whole world as such as a war could quickly spread beyond the confines of Korea and the Asia-Pacific region.
We fully support the stand of the DPRK clarified in the statements of the South Western Front Command of the Korean People's Army on the 22nd of September and the Committee For the Peaceful Reunification of Korea on the 24th of September.
The south Korean puppet regime must cease its foolhardy provocations against the DPRK and end forthwith its insistence on the fictitious "northern limit line".
