'A year of liars'-special article by Alan Bolon KFA UK Organisation Secretary and head of KFA UK West of England

We have only just started the new year 2024, and a new rash of slanderous slander, lies and rehashed old and well - known nonsense and fairy tales about Korea of Juche have already begun.

There would be nothing strange about it, as it is a permanent trend of the Western press and media serving American imperialism, but it caught my attention in a newspaper found accidentally abandoned at the workplace - a rag, a popular tabloid called the 'Daily Mail' which many people consider due to its questionable content and the fact that it deviates from the minimum level of intelligence of the reader, it has a slang name: 'Daily S ... t'

Indeed, the level of stupidity presented by this rag is extremely high. Here, in the issue of January 3 this year of a newspaper with this title that I accidentally found, Mr. Andrew Neil skillfully ( in his own and probably editorial opinion ) 'smeared' in one text three countries with their leaders that the West does not like, because of their resistance to imperialist expansion of capital and 'coca - colalization', he and liberal capitalists countries does not like and, of course, for money he employs writers such as Mr. Andrew Neil to start the new year by reminding British citizens who should be disliked.

Leaving aside the issues of idiotic attacks full of offensive terms and created for the needs of anti-Russian and anti - Chinese phobia in the provocative subtitles: 'Control' and 'Threaten' and 'Terrible' that Mr. Neil created to supposedly show the image of evil countries with their tyrants Xi and, of course Putin, let's see what Mr. Neil wrote about the leader of North Korea ( and here Mr. Neil failed to show off his journalistic knowledge by not knowing the correct name of this country ) Marshal Kim Jong Un.

There we go, in opinion ofMr Neil as contain in his nonsense about how the 'dictator from North Korea'- 'is getting in on the act', it would be reasonable to ask what world Mr. Neil lives in? Will these all offensive words written by Mr Neil in his slanders of DPRK article, in relation to the election of a fully democratic, fully independent state, an election that the Western world of liberal democracy for the rich, which closes the doors to parliament to all those who do not have enough money and are not in the proper social class of the rich - will never see - are all these words the result of ignorance about this country or are they a deliberately prepared offensive text for money intended for anti - DPRK propaganda? Maybe both. Mr. Neil lives in a kind of 'information bubble' which, unfortunately, many people in British society also live in. It is created by the Western media, servile to the American imperialism, to create a false image of the DPRK with stupidities such as starvation, concentration camps, the regime, etc.

In the understanding of such writers, with Western money spent on antiDPRK propaganda, 'getting in on this act' is the favourite and deliberate action of a 'dictatorial state' hostile to poor 'democratic' America as a victim of DPRK. Of course, Mr. Neil will not write anything about the dozens of military bases and hundreds of soldiers on the border of the independent DPRK, he will not write anything about the constant tensions and the recent exchange of fire provoked by America’s south Korean puppets. For Mr. Neil, any response, whether diplomatic or forced by an overt act of aggression against the sovereignty of the DPRK, will always be considered as a 'threatening'. As Mr Neil writes about Kim Jong Un:'...his threats against America, of course, are farcical but this ability to cause regional mayhem is all too real' and ' ... his threats against America are farcical, of course, but his ability to cause regional chaos is all too real ...'

So, in Mr. Neil’s understanding, the normal response of a leader of a sovereign state to threats - or even more, overt acts of hostile interference with military activity, endured with patience and countered with minimal means - is perceived as threats. Beautifully, this is twisted rhetoric! Turning reality upside down...

Moreover, according to Mr. Neil, the right of a sovereign state to defend its territory against an act of aggression, against an attack from outside is, according to Western journalistic standards, a threat.

Mr. Neil was right about one thing. The DPRK Nuclear Defense System has combat capabilities at such a high level that the 'US annihilation' will be complete and so fast, that American imperialism will not even have time to respond. But this will never happen as Mr Neil wants to create conspiracy theories in his lies - as an act of aggression of the DPRK. The defense system of the nuclear DPRK with its ICBM missile resources is of a defensive nature and can only be used for this purpose. So, such lies about DPRK's hostility and the country's threats to launch a nuclear missile first have no basis in reality and, are just a lie deliberately invented to spread anti - DPRK propaganda and present this country as an 'aggressor' and an 'armed bandit' who it's just waiting to attack, which fits perfectly with American imperialism indeed.

However, a huge load of nonsense, is Mr. Neil's statement about causing regional chaos. We know well who is causing such chaos, disturbing the peace of life of the citizens of the independent people's state of socialist Korea. Just last days we seen another act of provocation as many in the past. 5th of January another naval live - shell firing drill has been organized by the military gangsters from south Korea. But such thing is not 'threats' and not act of aggression for Mr Neil of course. the threats for him are the fact, that DPRK has claim right to defence his country and has modern nuclear weapons able to achieve goals in the US and other imperialist puppet countries.

In the true fact, the only really threats come from the American puppets on the southern border, who for decades have been dissatisfied with the fact, that the socialist Korea state, the DPRK is growing stronger thanks to its own wisdom, the wisdom of epochal Juche idea and socialist of Korean style. Is grows in great successes and achievements on the its own way, and does not allow 'Americanization', Western capital for the exploitation of people and the plague of Western decadent culture.

Going through reading this nonsense written by Mr. Neil, we come across the well - known Western lies about the DPRK where society is supposed 'suffering of people in squalor and starvation' when huge amounts of money are spent on modern weapons.

Squalor in DPRK society? It is an extremely disgusting and discriminatory term for the DPRK society, which only proves the sewage level of Mr. Neil's journalism. It would be justified to refer to the community standards that allegedly exist in a liberal democracy, are not such terms in relation to another nation considered 'hate speech'? But of course, there are double standards in Western democracy...

First of all, no starvation or life in squalor takes place in DPRK and there never was such a thing. Both in the past, when the DPRK experienced periods of economic difficulties caused by the war unleashed by the American invaders and the collapse of the USSR, blockades and trade embargoes, and now - when the economic situation of this country puts it at the level of an Asian economic super power, with a high standard of living of the society, no starvation or squalor corresponds to what is in reality and what once was. Such nonsense created by Mr. Neil really is not only a farce, but also a boring repetition of the same lies.

A display of a kind of stupidity and blindness to facts that can be easily seen in the reality that socialist Korea shows in a high level of everyday life, an economic and social position that has nothing to do with any 'starvation' or 'squalor' which can be found very easily and very quickly by leaving Mr. Neil's editorial office and onto the streets of London.

Does Mr. Neil realize that he is writing nonsense about socialist Korea? Where does Mr. Neil get his knowledge about the life and reality of DPRK? Seeing what I write, it is probably 'NKNews' and other news agencies creating offensive and false stories about poverty and the regime in DPRK. Mr Neil, we wish you to get know about achievements of socialist Korea which he not see in his country and other of the capitalist system never. The list of these achievement by socialist system of the Korea of Juche, of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea is very long, there are few as:

1) No unemployment, right to work.

2) Apartments/ houses are free and a human right.

3) No homeless or beggars, no drugs or other crime problems. 4) State subsidized food for 1/4 of its value.

5) Maximal working hours: eight per day, very often six only.

 6) Workers are the owner of the means of production, it eliminates of exploitation for profit of man by man.

7) Workers have democratic control and fully impact over the planned economy. 8) Right to a place in nursery and kindergarten for free.

9) Female workers get 5 months of maternity leave.

10) Sex equality. Women and men receive the same payment for the same work.

 11) Men over 60 and women over 55 get pensions.

 12) Holiday homes, SPA residences at state expense for ordinary people.

13) Workers get up to 35 paid holidays

14) Completely free education with support to supply educational materials from state for free.

15) Completely free and modern with high standards and high treatment effectiveness public health care.

16) Easy jobs as cleaner or bus driver have a good reputation in the society.

17) 100 percent literacy.

So where is the 'starvation' or 'squalor' as Mr Neil is written?

Happy people, new free comfortable homes, wellbeing and welfare, this is the 'starvation' and 'squalor' that Western propaganda writes about DPRK.

Going back to the subtitles Mr. Neil created to describe the countries he slandered as Russia, China and DPRK, they could also very well be attributed to the country he is live in. There in the UK we can find all kinds such features as it is the term 'Control’,'Terrible' and 'Threaten'.

So, Mr Andrew Neil, was 2023 the year of despots? If we were to look for despots anywhere, from the analysis of the events on the world last year, we can easily point to the greatest despot Joe Biden, not without reasons so - called: 'sleepy Joe' then come in long team of his puppets with first of the list, the fascist puppet artificial state of south Korea, a war maniac who constantly provoking and pokes DPRK, south Korean American servant and puppet - Yon, and other subordinate servants and henchmen in the service of American imperialism, both in Europe and Asia.

So, Mr. Neil, I am asking you again, was 2023 the year of despots? Give you answer, yes. But from another side of the world. Not the one of the East you slander by writing imaginary nonsense and old repeated lies. It was the year of both imperialist despots who caused two wars in Ukraine by supporting Zelensky's fascist regime and in the Middle East by Zionist regime supported by imperialism, and the year of ... liars. Liars such as editors of your Mr. Neil level.
