The Association for the Study of Songun Politics ,the  Juche Idea Study Group of England , the UK Korean Friendship Association (UK KFA ) and the British Solidarity Committee for Peace and Reunification (BSCPRKP) issued the following joint statement  in support of the director general of the Department of U.S. Affairs of the Foreign Ministry of the DPRK made on Monday 16th of September :
The director general of the Department of U.S. Affairs of the Foreign Ministry of the DPRK issued a statement welcoming the holding of high level negotiations between the US and DPRK to be held in the coming weeks  The statement expressed the hope that the meeting would be a good meeting .
The statement , however, cautioned that the US could either bring a proposal to the meeting which would be conducive to developing good relations between the DPRK and US or could precipitate a  crisis . Basically  as the statement of the   of the director general says "In other words, the DPRK-U.S. dialogue suggests two options--crisis and chance."
The statement clarifies the DPRK's stance that discussion on denculearisation can only take place once any threats to the DPRK's system are removed and any obstructions to the development of the DPRK are removed . This of course means that the removal of sanctions on the DPRK and an end to threats against the DPRK . It is indeed noteworthy that the US has imposed sanctions against supposed DPRK entities on the false charges of " hacking " at the same time as they have announced dialogue with the DPRK .
We support the just stand of the DPRK and believe that if the US should completely and irreversibly end its hostile policy towards the DPRK .
