Rodong Sinmun Calls for Frustrating Imperialists' Ideological, Cultural Poisoning

Pyongyang, May 8 (KCNA) -- Only when the revolutionary discipline and order are strictly established in all fields and units, is it possible to thoroughly defend the socialist cause and the cause of independence against imperialism and certainly win a victory in the confrontation with imperialism.
Rodong Sinmun says this in an article on Thursday.
    It goes on:
Everything goes well in places where discipline and order are properly established but if not, there always happen abnormal things.
It is just such evil ideas and spirits as liberalism which raise their heads before anything else in places where revolutionary discipline and order are not established.
Anybody engrossed in liberalism dislikes making revolution and working and wants to idle away. It is none other than the imperialist reactionary idea and culture which find their way to such ideological viewpoint.
The hostile elements and counterrevolutionary forces conspired with imperialists surely come into being in the places where indiscipline and disorder are rampant.
There have taken place the illegal change of powers and social confusion in various countries in recent years because the imperialists gave the hostile elements and counterrevolutionary forces a shot in the arm to do so.
If indiscipline and disorder are created in the ideological and cultural field and ideological officials fail to fulfill their duty, the whole society will be poisoned by the reactionary idea and culture of the imperialists.
The imperialists have built broadcasting systems and websites over the world, leaving no means untried to spread the reactionary idea and culture in different languages.
If the ideological and cultural field fails to discharge its obligation under such situation, it will not explain the idea and policies of its state and party in time and, in the long run, will be defeated in the ideological offensive against imperialists.
Only when the steel-like discipline and order are established, can the advantages and might of the most excellent idea and social system be displayed. -0-
