STATEMENT FROM PERUVIAN FRIENDS OF THE DPRK(TRANSLATED)

COMMITTEE OF FRIENDSHIP AND SOLIDARITY WITH THE PEOPLEGOVERNMENT SUPPORT THE DECISION OF THE REPUBLICOf Korea PROCEEDING WITH THE  PEACEFUL USE OF SPACEAND REJECT THE PROVOCATIVE RESOLUTION OF UNSC. The Democratic People's  Republic of Korea launched on December 12, 2012 a satellite into space. Before this release that had been prepared in advance,United States and its satellites practically said nothing, for they expected afailure. However artificial satellite launch "Kwangmyongsong-3" wasa success, causing surprise and admiration around the world, including the United States and the other 14 members of the Security Council of the UN.This scientific and technological leap from a small country geographically, but bigfor its scientific, economic, defense, cultural and social, do not havelike at all the imperialists and monopolists who want to be the onlycontrolling owners and cosmic space for its purposes of domination and exploitation ofworld.Given this successful sovereign act and government of the DPRK, the U.S. imperialists together with the UK, France, Russia and China, permanent members Security Council and the other 10 non-permanent members have produced a Resolution of condemnation and threat to the DPRK, violating their right as a country independent and sovereign use of outer space for experimentspeaceful scientific and service to his people and humanity.The Security Council of the UN, which has lost all moral authority by itsbias and be an instrument of domination and aggression of the elite powers, hasdared threaten the DPRK "to take meaningful action in the case of a newlaunch or nuclear test conducted by North Korea, "which has received thefirm rejection of the National Defense Committee and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of theDPRK, who have said they will take "measures to intensify and strengthen their powerdefensive military, including nuclear deterrence "and he will not hold more negotiations on the denuclearization of the Korean peninsula and will increase its military and nuclear power.The Committee of Friendship and Solidarity with the Peoples, categorically rejects the conviction and open threat to the DPRK by the Security Council of the UN and calls repeal that resolution for the sake of peace in the region.
