statement in support of the statement of the DPRK Measure Council for Human Rights in South Korea;
The south Korean fascist puppets intend to enforce the so-called " Law on Human Rights in North Korea " from the 4th of September . The "Law on Human Rights in North" is a deeply unpopular and controversial one that was railroaded through the rubber-stamp south Korean puppet "national assembly " in March. In the puppet "national assembly" there is not one representative of the workers and peasants of south .
In essence the "Law on Human Rights in North Korea " is an extreme confrontational measure that denies the reality of the socialist system of the DPRK and aims to achieve regime change by force. Enforcing the law will led to a further and severe deterioration in inter-Korean relations and could bring a catastrophe to the Korean peninsula.
It is nonsensical and hypocritical for south Korea to take issue with the DPRK's human rights because south Korea is the worst fascist dictatorship in the world where patriots and communists are jailed all the time. South Korea is known internationally as the republic of the Jaebols where the rich oppress and exploit the poor .
As the DPRK Measure Council on Human Rights in south Korea concludes
" The projected enforcement of the "Law on Human Rights in North" will
precipitate the ruin of traitor Park, the kingpin of human rights
abuses, dregs of the puppet Ministry of Unification serving her and
other dirty scum. -
We fully support the invariable stand of the DPRK Measure Council on human rights in south Korea.

It is 68 years since the Democratic People's Republic of Korea was founded by the great leader President KIM IL SUNG , the sun of the Korean nation. Since its found The Democratic People's Republic of Korea has shown itself to be the most durable socialist country have travelled the road of socialism and independence for more than six decades , flying high the flag of socialism when others threw it down and fall by the wayside of history. The Democratic People's Republic of Korea under the Juche orientated and Songun based revolutionary leadership became known throughout the world as the most independent country
The DPRK represented the aspirations and will of not just a small group of politicians or section of people but the entire Korean people The DPRK represented not just the people of north Korea but south Korea as well and was founded democratically by the will of the majority of the Korean people as a result of the April 1948 joint conference and the elections held subsequently. It is south Korea that is an illegitimate neo-colonial puppet regime imposed by the forces of US boots and guns. The DPRK is totally independent state with undiluted sovereignty.
The DPRK is the fruit of the Korean people's long struggle for independence led by the great leader President KIM IL SUNG the legendary hero of the revolutionary armed struggle against Japan.
The DPRK has consistently implemented people centred policies even under conditions of extreme blockade and sanctions. The DPRK has free health , free education (including university level), old age pensions at the age of 60, the right to a job and many other benefits. President KIM IL SUNG abolished taxation in March 1974 . The DPRK is a socialist paradise where there is no exploitation or oppression.

Why the DPRK is Not Fascist !!!-special article by Dermot Hudson
The bourgeois establishment anti DPRK lie machine is merciless and unrelenting . Alongside recycled stories about people being executed by 'anti-aircraft guns' and the usual rubbish about "famine " and " starvation " there are more insidious myths being peddled. Some of these are aimed at the so-called "chattering classes " , people who listen to Radio 4 and read the "Guardian ". One of these is that the DPRK is "fascist ". Of course those of us who had been involved with the DPRK and Juche for years find the very idea patently ridiculous and pretty silly , It is standing the truth on its head . President KIM IL SUNG fought against Japanese militarism which was allied to Nazi Germany and Mussolini's Italy. Indeed the anti-Japanese armed struggle led by the great leader President KIM IL SUNG was a component part of the international anti-fascist struggle . The Korean people lost some of their best sons and daughters in the fight against fascist Japanese imperialism .
Notwithstanding this the politically illiterate scribes of imperialism, those overpaid vegetated hack writers persist in calling the DPRK the fascist and sadly this nonsense misconception is all over the internet ,polluting people's minds with lies and misinformation. Lets examine the truth.
What is fascism, it is something that is itself is often loosely defined.Some used to say Maggie Thatcher was a fascist. Most dictionary definitions define fascism as authoritarian , right wing and anti-communist . Well on this definiton the DPRK falls outside the definition as it is ruled by the Workers' Partry of Korea , a communist party . Socialist culture flourishes in the DPRK it is not suppressed. A better , more exact and tighter definition of fascism was given by Georgi Dimitrov ,a great anti-fascist who defied Hitlers courts who was the head of the COMINTERN and first prime minster of the Bulgarian People's Republic. Dimtrov said " Fascism is an open terrorist dictatorship of the most reactionary, the most chauvinistic, the most imperialistic elements of the financial capital... Fascism is neither the government beyond classes nor the government of the petty bourgeois or the lumpen-proletariat over the financial capital. Fascism is the government of the financial capital itself. It is an organized massacre of the working class and the revolutionary slice of peasantry and intelligentsia. Fascism in its foreign policy is the most brutal kind of chauvinism, which cultivates zoological hatred against other people"
There is no monopoly or finance capital (big business and big banks ) in the DPRK . Fascism and Nazi-ism were actual creations of big business ,bankers and big landlords . It is a plain fact that there would have been no death camps in Nazi Germany if the big capitalist monopolies such as IGFarben not constructed them nor if the banks had lent money to construct them. Monopoly capital and private businesses do not exist in the DPRK which is a socialist country where the people own the resources . There is no class or social group in the DPRK that could benefit from fascism.
Fascism in some countries has been associated with extreme expansionism and grabbing others people’s territories . Hitler used to talk about living space . However the DPRK has never tried to seize parts of China or Japan. The DPRK strongly respects the sovereignty of other countries and does not try to invade others people countries. In today's world the most expansionist country is the United States which has bases in hundreds of countries . So some people have looked in the wrong place to find fascism, it is not the DPRK but the US that is
fascist !
The Juche Idea itself is profoundly antifascist. It was conceived on the battlefields against Japanese fascism.The great leader comrade KIM JONG IL
explicitly condemned fascism and refuted the idea that socialism is 'totalitarian'
and somehow similar to fascism.
Totalitarianism served as the political idea of fascist dictators. Notorious Hitler in Germany and Mussolini in Italy used totalitarianism as an ideological tool to justify their fascist dictatorship. The fascist dictators stamped out even the most elementary democratic freedom and rights of the masses of the working people and enforced unprecedentedly tyrannical policies, behind the misleading name of “national socialism”, claiming that for the sake of the whole nation and the whole state no working-class movement and no class struggle could be permitted. The reactionary nature of totalitarianism is that the interests of the working people are sacrificed for the sake of the rapacious interests of the reactionary ruling class under the pretence that the individual should be subordinated to the whole. What is meant by the whole in totalitarianism is not the whole of the popular masses but a tiny handful of privileged circles such as monopoly capitalists, major landowners, reactionary bureaucrats and warlords. Calling socialism, under which the popular masses are the masters of everything, “totalitarianism” is, ultimately, a preposterous lie which identifies the most progressive idea that reflects the demands of the popular masses with the reactionary idea of fascist rulers.
Juche advocates the full realisation of man's independence and creativity.It is the complete opposite to fascism which stipulates the subordination of the people to the interests of the ruling class.
People who want to find fascism on the Korean peninsula should look no further than south Korea which is ruled by a descendant of a collaborator with fascist Japan.In south Korea communists are suppressed,the National Security Law imposes jail sentences of 7 years for being a communist or even simply praising the DPRK or having any contact with it.The trade unions are also being repressed with the chairman of the south Korean trades recently being jailed. South Korea is the typical fascist state of the 21st century.
The idea that the DPRK is somehow fascist is another myth that has been created in the boardroom of a corporate PR company or deep inside the labyrinth of the CIA. This is a myth that needs to smashed and exposed and progressive people should support the DPRK in its struggle against fascist south Korea and fascist Yankee imperialism.

FM Spokesman Slashes at U.S. Persistent Sanctions against DPRK
Pyongyang, September 1 (KCNA) -- A spokesman for the DPRK Foreign
Ministry gave the following answer to the question raised by KCNA
Thursday as regards the U.S. persistent sanctions and pressure on the
DPRK:
A deputy assistant of the National Security Council of the White House in a press conference on August 29 took issue with the DPRK over its just measure for bolstering nuclear deterrence including the test-fire of SLBM, claiming that sanctions would be applied to the DPRK and it is necessary to put stronger pressure on it.
The U.S. seems to regard sanctions and pressure as "cure-all", an indication of its ignorance.
The DPRK has ranked itself among nuclear powers despite unprecedented harsh sanctions for decades as it has consistently embodied the spirit of self-reliance and self-development from A to Z.
Denuclearization touted by the high-ranking official of the White House proves that the U.S. has not yet woken up.
The DPRK's line of simultaneously developing the two fronts is not a stop-gap measure to cope with the rapidly changing situation but a strategic line to be constantly held fast to as long as the imperialists persist in nuclear threat and arbitrary practices. The DPRK will never step back.
Now is the time for the U.S. to clearly understand the strategic position of the DPRK and act and speak prudently.
If the U.S. acts rashly, crying out for "sanctions", it would entail more miserable consequences. -0-

KPA Panmunjom Mission Exposes Adventurous Nature of Ulji Freedom Guardian
Pyongyang, September 2 (KCNA) -- The Panmunjom Mission of the Korean
People's Army (KPA) released a white paper Friday exposing the
adventurous nature of the joint military exercises Ulji Freedom Guardian
expanded by the U.S. imperialists and the south Korean puppet forces
for decades.
The white paper branded the joint military exercises as a direct product of the hideous hostile policy toward the DPRK pursued by the U.S. and its military strategy.
The U.S. imperialists' hostile policy toward the DPRK assumes the most despicable and most ferocious aggressive nature, the white paper said, and went on:
The main point here is to put the DPRK under their control by force.
After the Cold War they invented lots of war scenarios to establish military domination over the whole of Korea and steadily modified and supplemented operational plans of all kinds for their materialization.
Ulji Freedom Guardian which has been staged every year is just an example of the scenarios.
Ulji Focus Lens joint military exercises which put emphasis on simulation drill on maps were expanded into large-scale war exercises called Ulji Freedom Guardian in 2008 with the U.S. imperialist aggression forces who regard the Korean peninsula as their operational theatre, the puppet forces, all the puppet central and local administrative organs, munitions, civilian enterprises and all human and material resources of south Korea involved.
After having a confab on offering the puppet forces an "extended deterrence" including nuclear war means and diverse conventional armed forces in June, 2009, the U.S. imperialists staged Ulji Freedom Guardian joint military exercises with a focus on raising the operational commanding capabilities of units to be involved in the attack for aggression on the north under new operational plan in August in the same year.
In 2010, the U.S. increased its troops participating in the joint military exercises three times compared with the previous year while trumpeting about "countermeasure to the north's attack on warship Cheonan" and brought to the areas around the Korean peninsula huge troops including nuclear carrier attack force and preemptive nuclear attack means.
After setting 2015 as "year of war" and August when Ulji Freedom Guardian started as "month of starting the war", the U.S. went hell-bent on the joint military drills.

The U.S. dispatches tens or hundreds of troops to other countries and regions for military exercises with various missions.
The number involved in Ulji Freedom Guardian is several hundred times as compared with them.
War means involved in Ulji Freedom Guardian also assume extreme adventurous nature.
By origin, the U.S. imperialists kept it as a top secret to mobilize nuclear war lethal weapons in joint military exercises in the past.
Today they are openly making public the introduction of nuclear war weapons and their striking power without any hesitation. This proves that their moves for aggression against the DPRK have entered the phase of implementation after going beyond a limit line.
Branding Ulji Freedom Guardian as a preemptive nuclear strike exercise that has gone beyond a limit line, the white paper continued:
Recently the enemies are trumpeting about the theory of preemptive strike premised on "symptom of use of nuclear weapons" and "signs".
This is a revelation of their sinister ambition to mount a preemptive attack on the DPRK by their own "decision" and "judgment" when an opportunity presents itself.
Ulji Freedom Guardian is all directed to realizing this scheme for a preemptive attack.
It aims at mounting a surprise preemptive nuclear attack on the DPRK once an opportunity is offered as huge nuclear war troops have already been introduced. Herein lie the danger and adventurous nature of Ulji Freedom Guardian.
It is the trite method of the imperialists to describe war as "peace", aggression as "defense" and plunder as "aid".
In the face of the flurry of censure and denunciation of the aggressive and adventurous nature of the joint military exercises, the enemies have made profound confusing of the right and wrong with such impudent sophism as "regular and open exercises", "normal exercises whose transparency is guaranteed" and "annual defensive drill".

The foundation of the DPRK was the birth of a new state of Juche in the far east ! The DPRK was the first people's democracy in the Asia, a new kind of people's power. With the foundation of the
DPRK the Korean people took power in their own hands.
The DPRK inherited the proud traditions of the anti-Japanese revolutionary armed struggle led by the great leader President KIM IL SUNG.Indeed the anti-Japanese revolutionary armed struggle is the root of the DPRK.
The foundation of the DPRK was a powerful inspiration to the oppressed peoples of of the world ,groaning under imperialist oppression, in their struggle for independence and national liberation. It was also a great inspiration to the international proletariat advancing towards socialism .
The DPRK under the wise leadership of the great leader comrade Kim Il Sung fully completed the tasks of the anti-imperialist , anti- feudal democratic revolution in a short space of time and switched over to the socialist revolution proving the validity of the Juche-orientated theory on continuous revolution . The DPRK is not a replica of another country and pursues independent Juche-orientated policies. It is based firmly on the principles of independence, self-sufficiency and self-defence. As
great generalissimo KIM JONG IL said "Our Republic is an independent socialist State that absolutely maintains its Juche character and thoroughly preserves its national identity in its development and activities.
The Juche character and
national identity are the independence and lifeline of a country, a
nation and the masses of the people. The struggle of the masses for
independence is waged with the country and nation as a unit, so the
party, the government and the masses of each country should conduct
the revolution and construction independently and creatively as
masters."
Indeed the DPRK is known by friend and foe as the most independent state in the world.Under the wise leadership of President KIM IL SUNG the DPRK created a people-centred socialist system in which there is no exploitation and oppression .The improvement of the people's living standards is the supreme principle of state activity and this is underpinned by legalisation. The DPRK introduced free medical and free education. It abolished taxation in 1974. The DPRK is a people's paradise. As the great eternal leader President KIM IL SUNG said
"Our people are now enjoying fully independent and creative lives in the embrace of the Republic, as masters of the state and society.
In our country all the people exercise their full rights to independence through their active participation in the political life of the state. They are adding lustre to their worthwhile lives through their creative struggle to achieve the high aim set by the Party, helping and leading each other forward, closely united on the basis of revolutionary constancy and comradeship. All the material and cultural needs, such as food, clothing, and housing, are met by the state, which also provides them with secure jobs according to their abilities. They are leading equally happy lives, receiving the benefits of free education, free medical care and so on from the state and society.
The DPRK is the powerful state of Songun that has become a socialist nuclear power with ballistic
missiles and a satellite launching nation.
Today under the leadership of dear respected Marshal KIM JONG UN the DPRK upholds the Songun revolutionary line under the uplifted banner of great KIMILSUNG-KIMJONGILISM and is defying the sanctions and pressure of the imperialists by dint of the self-development first idea.
