Reply to Down with the Crown slander against People's Korea-

Recently, on the Facebook page of the site called 'Down with the Crown', which I

visited, there was a short but eloquent in its stupidity post about DPRK. seeing this

false and untrue information, I decided to put some comments on the page which

was then deleted with the result that I was blocked by the page administrators.

The amount of stupidity in this very short post is truly shocking

The first stupid lie is the well - known and spread by the Western imperialist

propaganda hostile to the DPRK, that the DPRK is a monarchy managed by a ruler

of the nature of a monarchy and run like a monarchy.

By claiming that Kim Jong Un is the monarch, the authors of this post show

profound ignorance about the political realities in the DPRK.

Marshal Kim Jong Un is fully elected head of state and in a way that is much more

democratic and associated with democracy than in Western countries. Being the

head of state, he is also the general secretary of the communist party WPK, which

in its class structure includes the working class, the working peasantry, the

intelligentsia, and therefore all classes and social layers of the people, which,

through democratic centralism operating in this party, have full influence on the

election of their leader.

This is the aspect of linking the head of state with the leader of the communist

party, which is the guiding force in building a strong society based on discipline and

respect for everyone - it is the element that combines the democratic method of

election with leadership over the entire state of a popular, general social nature,

and not led by rich social classes of circles. Financial and capital that have power

over the political and economic system and create choices for themselves in the

delusion of 'freedom and democracy'

The provision in the 'Socialist Constitution' of the Democratic People's Republic of

Korea in Article 101 and 102, is also against the monarchist principles of electing

the head of state, which clearly and clearly constitutes a method of electing the

head of state through elections and not

'The Chairman of the State Affairs Commission

of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea

is elected at the Supreme People’s Assembly '

( Article 101 of the 'Socialist Constitution'

of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea )

Article 101 also stipulates the time frame for the exercise of power by a person

elected by the masses through democratic elections and not a monarchist

appointment.

'The term of office of the Chairman of the State Affairs Commission

of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea

is the same as that of the Supreme People’s Assembly'

( Article 102 of the 'Socialist Constitution'

of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea )

It is quite opposite to system of monarchy. Monarchy is a political system,

functioning in the state, in which power is kept by person, reigning monarch until

the end of his life. Monarch is appointed not by society with the participation of all

social classes, including workers, but by specific groups and classes that have

power over this society and elect the monarch as a representative some family that

had previously ruled and secured their interests in the exploitation of this society.

In the monarchy system as UK example, is ceremony of coronation, golden coaches,

and anointing with 'magic oil' etc.

All this proves that the backwards and century style of monarchism does not exist

in the DPRK.

An important difference in the comparison of the monarchist system to which the

authors refer, attributing it in their stupidity to DPRK, is the issue of the

responsibility of the person exercising state power.

'The Chairman of the State Affairs Commission

of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea

is responsible to the Supreme People's Assembly'

( Article 106 of the 'Socialist Constitution'

of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea )

' In a monarchy such as in the UK is, as the monarch Queen Elisabeth before and

King Charles III at present, is not responsibility for parliamentary decisions made at

the highest level on important state matters, but in this strange and anti -

democratic system, the monarch is in position with the legal power to ... dissolve

this parliament! It happened in 1830 and can happen again, if the ruling classes in

parliament will proceed any polices or activities hostile or against the monarch. This

puts the monarch in a very privileged position where he is not responsible for

anything in the state policy conducted by the parliament and at the same time, he

can consider it at any time. Such privileges and mechanisms do not exist in the

DPRK political system and are alien to true democracy based on the will of the

majority, on the will of the people.

Comparing Marshal Kim Jong Un to a monarch is not only stupid but also

extremely contrary to the truth, because Marshal Kim Jong Un does not own any

property or have any personal wealth. All his facilities and properties in use to order

his duties belongs to the state, belongs to DPRK. How does this apply to the

monarchy system in the UK, we can answer this ourselves by paying for our living

from our taxes, from our work to for financial support and without our consent for

the royal family. just only one the biggest Buckingham Palace as the official seat of

the British monarchy has 755 rooms, including 52 bedrooms for members of the

royal family and guests, 188 bedrooms for employees, 92 offices and 78 bathrooms.

With its vast rooms and acres of gardens, the palace is the official residence of the

king ... and it is just one of many royal estates paid for by taxes. How much does it

cost? As example from March 2020 to March 2021 shows that the royal family cost

taxpayers £85.9 million - this is the amount of the sovereign subsidy. Also, it was

£3.5 million higher than in 2019.

Also is worth to stressed that under the monarchy system the position of 'head of

state' is not elected.

The next lie presented in this post is the issue ( as the authors from 'Down with

the Crown' believe ) of using public financial resources, coming from taxes from

society, to finance the armed train in which Marshal Kim Jong Un came to Russia.

First, the presented photo and other press reports do not show this weaponry on

this train. The train itself with the locomotive is nothing like the super modern and

fast Chinese or Japanese trains made by capitalist corporations. On the contrary.

This train, where Marshall Kim Jong Un travelled to Russia met president Putin,

with its electric locomotive is a product of engineering from the 1970s. A series of

similar electric traction machines that served long - distance railway routes (

including the former post - Soviet but still serving Trans - Siberian Railway BAM ),

and in other post - socialist countries such as Poland with a series of universal

electric locomotives of the ET, EU, EP type, also Bulgaria and Romania. The use of a

train with such technical standards is not, as some people might complain, that

there is poverty and backwardness in DPRK, but quite the opposite. It is an

expression of the attitude of a true leader of the people, who is not afraid to travel in

the uncomfortable and unarmed train of previous years. Traveling by electric train

is also better for environmental protection reasons than air travel or other means of

transport powered by combustion engines, of fuel engine.

Therefore, travelling by electric train, is much cheaper and environmentally

friendly than air or any other kind of travel.

The harm of this post is not only in the fact that it shows untruth and a double lie.

Because in DPRK there are no taxes that could sponsor a train for government

representatives from public money, and it is extremely rude to compare the regime

to the political system of a socialist country such as DPRK. This harmfulness also

lies in the fact, that the party presents hostility towards the socialist country.

Which is allegedly on the Left of the political system and is against the monarchy -

and in its ignorance it attacked a country that has nothing to do with the

monarchy, country which for years fought against the occupation of foreign

Japanese monarchy troops in his territory and paid for it with the blood of his

citizens. Country at the forefront as a pioneer in the most advanced socialist system

in the world and anti - monarchy style of politic based on man - centred philosophy

of Juche.

The authors of 'Down with the Crown' does not know the reality of the DPRK at all.

In the DPRK no train is financed by public taxes of DPRK citizens, because taxes do

not exist in DPRK. They were abolished in 1974, which is a phenomenon of the

effectiveness and efficiency of the socialist economic system, where the socialist

planned economy on the higher level of his developing as in the DPRK, does not

need a tax system, because the value of the goods and services it produces in the

nationalized means of production - working for each member of society - is subject

to social distribution according to their needs.

This post is a clear example of how nonsense and lies about the DPRK are born

out of ignorance or knowledge derived from the Western 'mainstream' media and ...

ill will. If the authors of this post from the 'Down with the Crown' organization were

really factual and serious, they would first get acquainted with all the facts of this

visit and, above all, with the reality of the DPRK, and not write nonsense about the

regime, thereby repeating Western hostile propaganda. We must be vigilant against

this kind of lies and expose them with full force and fight this kind of

disinformation. We must to reject fake Left and liberal propaganda against DPRK.

Defend People's Korea with No Ifs or Buts!
