The Association For the Study of Songun Politics UK (ASSPUK) , the British Group for the Study of the Juche Idea (BGSJI), the Korean Friendship Association of UK ( KFA UK) ,and the British Solidarity Committee for Peace and Reunification in Korea (BSCPRKP) issued a joint statement condemning the holding of the Ulji Freedom Shield military exercise of the US imperialists and south Korean puppets;
The US imperialists and south Korean puppets will hold the Ulji Freedom Shield military exercises from the 22nd of August to the 1st of September, a duration of 10 days . Ulju Freedom Shield is simply a rebranding of the old Ulji Freedom Guardian exercises which nearly caused a war on the Korean peninsula . This is the first time since 2018 such large scale exercises are being held on the Korean peninsula . Previously US president Trump cancelled the exercises and instead greatly scaled down exercises were held . The fact the exercises are being held again on a large scale after 4 years shows the deeply hostile intent of the Biden administration and the falsity of its call for dialogue with the DPRK . The Biden regime in the US is trying to disarm the DPRK under the mask of 'peace ' and 'dialogue'.
The Ulji Freedom Shield exercises will involve the US Pacific Command and even NATO . B1B and B52 strategic bombers will be deployed . It is basically a nuclear war exercise and a dry run for attacking People's Korea . The US imperialists and south Korean puppets openly state that the exercises involve a'killchain element ' and even dare to call for the 'elimination ' of the supreme leadership of the DPRK and the overthrow of the socialist system in the DPRK
Ulji Freedom Shield has nothing to do with freedom but everything to do with "regime change" thereby extending the corrupt fascist rule of the south Korean puppets to the northern half of Korea and with establishing US imperialist colonial rule over the whole of the Korean peninsula and achieving the US domination of Asia and the Pacific. Uiji Freedom Shield is being held at a time when tension is rising in Asia and US expansionism and interference in Asia is increasing greatly .
We call on the US imperialists and south Korea puppets to cancel these exercises at once , dissolve the so-called UNC in south Korea and withdraw US troops from south Korea.
We call on Juche idea and Songun idea followers and friends of the DPRK to defend the DPRK even more.

NO WAR AND SANCTIONS !
