Dear Korean Comrades,
Although there are many hostile forces in the world who would wish you harm, there are also we, your foreign comrades, who will rally shoulder to shoulder, rank on rank against them.
We, your friends, by our testimonies of our visits to the DPRK, will counter the many lies spread against you. We will do our part to foster better relations between our respective nations; as well as ceaselessly striving to dispell the enmity which breeds from ignorance and misinformation.
We will remain as a fraternal presence from who you can draw strength and encouragement; as much as your triumphant march of progress serves as an example to inspire us.
So remember, dear comrades, as we celebrate the 20th anniversary of the Korean Friendship Association; that although we may be separated by thousands of miles, we will stand together with you always.
