The Association for the Study of Songun Politics UK, Juche Idea Study Group of England and UK Korean Friendship Association issued the following joint statement today in support of the statement of the Central Committee of the Korean Federation for the Protection of the Disabled(KFPD) issued on Tuesday 16th of December:
Our organisations, the ASSPUK, JISGE and UK KFA , have been greatly alarmed  and shocked that slanders and lies our the situation of the disabled people are been spread and that the the UK parliament  was a venue for  human scum, 'defectors' to hurl mud at the DPRK and its socialist system.

We know for a fact that the wild tales told to the UK parliament and repeated by the reactionary reptile media are totally false . One of our members visited the a rehabilitation centre in the DPRK in 2013 and saw disabled children playing and learning at the centre. In the DPRK the disabled are protected by several laws such as the Public Health Law as well  The DPRK Law on the Protection of the Disabled. There are many facilities for the disabled in the DPRK .

It is an old lie that "there are no disabled people " allowed in Pyongyang or that old people are vanished from Pyongyang . It is a pity that such old discredited lies are been revived and circulated.

It is ironic that the "defectors " chose to come to Britain and make these allegations to parliament  because it is here in the UK were the disabled are being ill-treated and suffering from financial hardship due to cutbacks in spending. Some disabled people in the UK have committed suicide.

It is also sickening the British government and over-paid parliamentarians are entertaining human scum traitors at taxpayers expense where there are people sleeping rough on the streets and the poor have to go to food banks. Instead of spending taxpayers money giving slap-up dinners to "defectors " from the DPRK the money would be better spent on feeding and housing people in the UK.
