London 17th of November Juche 103(2014)
The Association for the Study of Songun Politics UK , the Juche Idea Study Group of England and the UK Korean Friendship Association today issued the following joint statement in support of the  statement made by the Policy Department  of the National Defence Commission of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea issued on the  15th of November :

It is entirely the fault of the south Korean puppets that there has been a marked detoriation in inter-Korean relations which had earlier been showing some signs of improving entirely due to the perseverance and patience of the DPRK . Under the peace-loving pro-reunification policy  of supreme leader Marshal KIM JONG UN  the DPRK took many initiatives to relax tension and build up inter-Korean relations  such as dispatching a high level delegation  to south Korea in October . However these sincere efforts have not yielded fruit owing to the hostile stand of the south Korean
puppet fascist regime who have carried out all kinds of hostile and provocative actions such as scattering vile anti-DPRK leaflets slandering the supreme leadership and the people-centred social system of the DPRK. Worse still they have infiltrated warships into DPRK waters , fired bullets in the area of the Military Demarcation Line and are now staging Hoguk 14 . They have also instigated the
so-called "human rights " clamour  against the DPRK.

Given the responsibly of the south Korean puppets for the deterioration in inter-Korean relations it is only just that the DPRK should clarify its stance through the Policy Department  of the NDC . We fully support the three point stand elaborated by the Policy Dept of the NDC. Firstly , that the south Korean authorities can only expect dialogue if they cease anti-DPRK hostile actions at once , secondly, the south Korean authorities should respect previous inter-Korean relations ,Thirdly that the south Korean chief executive should behave in a way  conducive to improving inter-Korean relations.

We are of the opinion that there is no hope for the improvement of inter-Korean relations  until the
present south Korean regime discards once and for all its reactionary anti-DPRK policy.
