Today , 8th of January , is the birthday of respected Marshal KIM JONG UN , the supreme leader of People’s Korea . The day is not a public holiday in the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea(DPRK) nor it is marked on calendars of the DPRK , this is because respected Marshal KIM JONG UN is a boundlessly humble and modest people’s leader who works for the people day and night , He does not celebrate his own birthday . Respected Marshal KIM JONG UN is always with the people . When floods struck the north west of the DPRK  last summer he visited the area not once but several times and even travelled on small dinghy .Marshal KIM JONG UN visits factories , farms and fishery stations all the time. Most Western leaders do not know what the inside of a factory looks like.

Respected Marshal KIM JONG UN is a great advocate and practitioner of people-first and people -centred policies . The people-first policy of the DPRK , which is unique in the world , is an application of the great Juche idea authored by President KIM IL SUNG and developed in depth by Chairman KIM JONG IL . Marshal KIM JONG UN himself stressed that “A person who worships the people as God and works devotedly for them is just a genuine Kimilsungist-Kimjongilist.”

In his opening speech to the 8th Congress of the Workers Party of Korea, in January 2021 respected Marshal KIM JONG UN used the word “people “  28 times . I can remember attending the celebrations for the 70th anniversary of the foundation of the great Workers Party of Korea , the vanguard and supreme general staff of the Korean revolution and being at the military parade which respected Marshal KIM JONG UN addressed saying that  “True to the ennobling intentions of the great President and General who administered for the first time in history the politics of prioritizing, respecting and loving the people and devoted their all throughout their lives to the good of the people, our Party will, in the future, too, strive to add glory to the sacred history of the people-first principle.

    The entire Party will conduct its building and activities only as instructed by the great President and General, and make selfless, devoted efforts for the benefit of the people by thoroughly applying the people-first principle to its overall work, thereby enhancing its fighting efficiency in every way possible”

Since becoming supreme leader of People’s Korea over 10 years ago ,respected Marshal KIM JONG UN has worked hard for the people and fully applied the people-first policy . In recent years he dynamically worked to implement in depth the people-first policy . A massive programme of house building has been embarked upon in rural areas . Also the new 20 x 10 regional policy which aims to to build new factories in the provinces of the DPRK has been actively rolled out and pushed ahead  . A true socialist people’s paradise is coming into being in People’s Korea. There is no doubt that respected Marshal KIM JONG UN is the architect of the people-first era of People’s Korea.

Visiting the DPRK for the 19th time in April 2024 I saw with my own eyes the fruits of the leadership of respected Marshal KIM JONG UN and the people -first policy . A new street the size of a city had been constructed at Hwasong Street . The street looked very modern ,beautiful, clean and of high quality construction . The flats were given to DPRK citizens free of charge ,something that is unthinkable in the capitalist countries of the West.

I, for one , salute the great people-first leadership of respected Marshal KIM JONG UN on his birthday .

Inauguration Ceremony of Regional-industry Factories in Jaeryong County Held

Pyongyang, January 8 (KCNA) -- Regional-industry factories in Jaeryong County of the DPRK were inaugurated, significantly decorating the outset of 2025, a year of great turn in raising the comprehensive development of socialism onto a higher stage, true to the ideas and spirit of the Eleventh Plenary Meeting of the Eighth Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea.

The inauguration of modern regional-industry factories built in Jaeryong Namuri Plain, a granary in the western area of the country, presenting a wonderful reality of regional rejuvenation, is a powerful proof of the unshakable will and executive ability of the great Party Central Committee that launched the historic cause for realizing the long-cherished desire of the regional people and keeps the promise with the people without fail, and a great inspiring event predicting dynamic progress and miraculous successes.

An inauguration ceremony of the regional-industry factories in Jaeryong County for the Regional Development 20×10 Policy took place on January 7.

The venue of the ceremony was full of the great pride of the soldier-builders who have wonderfully built the regional-industry factories into precious entities of our Party’s people-first politics and crystallization of their pure conscience as servants of the people in the steadfast spirit of defending the Party’s policies and through their devoted efforts as well as the great excitement and joy of the people in Jaeryong County who will enjoy a new civilization, a new life, to their heart's content under the care of the Party.

When Kim Jong Un arrived at the venue of the ceremony, all the participants raised enthusiastic cheers, extending the greatest glory and respect to the outstanding leader and great father who opened up a new era in which the whole country develops all at once, provided a springboard of dynamic advance and upswing of our state and is leading the sacred cause for changes in the vanguard with his outstanding ideology and theory and unexcelled leadership ability.

Present at the ceremony were Pak Thae Song, premier of the Cabinet of the DPRK, and other senior officials of the Party and the government, service personnel involved in the construction project, officials and employees of the regional-industry factories, officials and working people in South Hwanghae Province and Jaeryong County.

Ju Chang Il, director of the Information and Publicity Department of the WPK Central Committee, made an inaugural address.

The speaker said that he could not suppress a surging emotion before feeling pleased to greet the significant New Year with the inauguration of such modern regional-industry factories, adding that it is a great revolution which can be made only by Kim Jong Un that the comprehensive development of regions, which had been an ideal for nearly 80 years, was adopted as the most important political task of the Party and the state and that its brilliant entities sprang up in the year of its adoption.

He continued:

When anyone looks round the regional-industry factories to which modernity, civilization and profitability are applied, they will gain a deep knowledge of the great painstaking efforts that Kim Jong Un has made to bring about transformations that will actually reach the regional people and will be welcomed by them, and will be convinced of the future of the regional changes to be brought about on a larger scale under his great leadership.

Today’s grand inauguration is a proud success of the regional-industry revolution and, at the same time, a springboard for a new struggle and a cornerstone for greater, higher and more dynamic progress. This important event welcomed by all people across the country should surely be followed by perfect results every year regardless of conditions.

Saying that the great cause of regional rejuvenation shouldered by the Party is a science, practice and victory, he called for working harder and more vigorously to brilliantly carry out the Party's policy on regional development and bring earlier the future of a rich and civilized, prosperous and powerful country with redoubled confidence and courage.

As I see all the people of the region full of excitement and joy today, I feel greater pride and dignity in waging the revolution and struggle, and it makes my determination firmer to identify what should be done more for the people and shoulder their implementation.

Going over the trial products, he set forth principles and ways to be consistently adhered to in the operation of the regional-industry factories and their production, and discussed with the leading officials accompanying him a series of measures to be taken by the Party and the government for leading and powerfully supporting the regional industry in a sustained way in order to guarantee its long-term development.

He repeatedly stressed the need for the Party and government organs in cities and counties to always pay close attention to providing conditions necessary for normalizing production at the regional-industry factories, including providing raw materials and training skilled workers, and unconditionally ensure the provision of the conditions so that the new regional development policy of our Party can make a substantial contribution to promoting the material well-being of the inhabitants in the relevant regions.

He affirmed that he would make this year a year of another upsurge in regional construction by setting a higher standard as a goal on the basis of last year's successes and ensuring the economic profitability, effectiveness and prospectiveness to the maximum.

The story is story about how British Brainwashing Corporation is paying attention to contacts with people and handy criticism. 

The Korean Friendship Association UK, handed over at the picket on the 12th of November 'Letter of Protest' to the BBC To the Director General of the BBC and to the management board of the BBC (the letter is available to see on the section KFA UK Activities ).

As we have had no answer for the 'Letter of Protest' given on the picket over one week, A two weeks ago, we have sent an email to the BBC complaining that they had not replied.

                                                     

So far, we do not receive any answer from BBC in any form. The question is, how can UK citizens have any trust in such an institution which, apart from the examples of lies about DPRK spread by the BBC that we have confirmed, does not even bother to reply to a letter or email?

On this subject it is worth citing one of the latest press articles about the BBC, which appeared in the weekend edition of Saturday & Sunday, a rag 'i-news', published by a group of equally filthy press: 'Daily Mail'. It wrote in it how the institution of the BBC supposedly cares about good standards of operation and cares about its good name. 

This is how we read in this article titled: 'BBC bosses ’will not tolerate’ bad behaviour' that the BBC is an institution that works hard to respond to all manifestations of bad behaviour and the BBC is 'a culture that is kind, inclusive and respectful', its executives have said'. Indeed, in the face of their ignorance which they present in downright rude and total ignorance and lack of respect for the opinions and our letter, this statement as well as the entire article takes on the character not only of a vulgar lie, prepared in the propaganda of falsehood but also of a theatrical comedy.

These assurances that:'we want to assure you we will always listen and taken your concerns seriously'they have an answer as to how much they are worth in reality, which is the lack of response from the BBC to our protest letter and thus remains only a lie.

Moreover, the rude lie as it is said by BBC: 'the BBC will not ’tolerate behaviour that falls below the standards we expect’ and will continue to champion’ is really pathetic and tragicomic as the BBC has long since fallen below any standards of reliable and objective public information. If we consider the title of champion in terms of mastery of lies and falsehood and, as our example with the protest letter shows, also total ignorance - then we can agree on this one thing.

The example of hypocrisy, presented in this article and lack of response to an official protest letter clearly and emphatically shows the standards in which the media of the BBC operate in so - called 'democracy' and 'freedom of speech', shows how important the voice of an ordinary citizen is - it is not important at all - if it is critical and does not agree with the official trend. It is an expression of shocking hypocrisy and ignorance of the main news agency, which in its operating rules gives paeans about how 'transparent' they are and how they care about the reliability, objectivity of the presented facts and the truth. Everything is only on paper, reality is different.

We will continue boycott BBC in future and will not let forget ours 'Letter of Protest' The next activities more militant are in planning and soon BBC see the power of the leading slogan: 'Defend People's Korea with no Ifs and no But’s'.

In a school in Wisconsin, a teenager shot two to death and six more wounded not long ago, causing international concern.

There were 490-odd mass shooting incidents reported across the US in 2024 alone, killing more than 16,000. These figures are more than enough to understand the chronic gun crime situation in the country.

Meanwhile, criminals in their 20s and 30s were brought to court in the UK, after shooting a 19-year-old boy to death for the simple reason that he didn’t pay back ￡60 four years ago. This vividly exposed to the international community the depraved image of the West, where people’s right to existence is under serious threat.

Here comes the question why the young people in the Western society, who are meant to play a progressive and pivotal role in the society, are indulged in wielding guns and shootings even in such a peace time, not a war time.

That is because of the extreme misanthropy bred by the social evils - the conception that money is omnipotent and only the fittest can survive: money decides everything and one can survive only when they can ruthlessly cast aside everything when it comes to money, be they their parents or friends.

From day one of their social life, the majority of the young people in the Western society must struggle for existence, drawn into a life-or-death contest. In this unforgiving contest, one must endure distressing unemployment and poverty and live the life of vagabonds should they fail to beat or overtake the others.

The Western society compel young people to obey the jungle law in disregard of conscience and morality. Moreover, they widely propagate decadent ways of life which commend perverted practices and crime, ruthlessly pushing the pessimistic and bleak youth to the realms of violence and murder.

Undeniably, it is a free system training criminals unique to the West requiring neither budget nor spending.

It’s common practice for parents to discipline their children and correct their mistakes. Nevertheless, would anyone in the Western world tell their young people to do right things? In the Western world, they are rather persistently masking their crime-ridden history of aggression and massacre as “civilization” and are hell-bent on undermining and slandering others while abusing the noble concept of human rights, exactly like the US, that has been built on the corpses of the native Americans, and the UK, that used to feed on colonial plunder.

The Western society is deprived of virtues and affection and rife with manslaughter. It is a decadent, decaying and dying society without future. Such incurable tumor should be prevented from spreading to the rest of the world. This is the undisputed voice of the world people aspiring to justice

DPRK Missile Administration Succeeds in Test-fire of New-type Intermediate-range Hypersonic Ballistic Missile

Pyongyang, January 7 (KCNA) -- The Missile Administration of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea successfully conducted a test-fire of new-type intermediate-range hypersonic ballistic missile on January 6.

Full General Jang Chang Ha, general director of the Missile Administration of the DPRK, and leading officials of the defence science institute guided the test-fire on the spot.

Kim Jong Un, general secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea and president of the State Affairs of the DPRK, oversaw the test-fire through a monitoring system.

The test of the new strategic weapon system is part of the plans for the development of the national defence capabilities to raise the durability and effectiveness of the strategic deterrent against the potential enemies in conformity with the changing regional security environment.

A new composite carbon fiber material was used in the manufacture of the engine body of the missile and a new comprehensive and effective method based on the already-accumulated technologies introduced in the flight and guidance control system.

Expressing great satisfaction over the result of the test-fire, the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un, with regard to the new weapon system, said:

The current test-fire proved without doubt that we are steadily upgrading the powerful new-type weapon systems like the intermediate-range hypersonic ballistic missile to cope with different security threats posed by the hostile forces against our state at present.

A few countries in the world might possess such a weapon system.

Just like the intended purpose of all military powers, the development of the new-type hypersonic missile is aimed mainly at steadily putting the country’s nuclear war deterrent on an advanced basis by placing the means of changing the war situation, a weapon system to which no one can respond, at the core axis of our strategic deterrence.

This is clearly a plan and effort for self-defence, not an offensive plan and action.

As shown by the result of today’s test-fire, the effectiveness of the missile system that fully meets the expected military specifications has been confirmed.

The performance of our latest intermediate-range hypersonic missile system cannot be ignored worldwide, and the system can deal a serious military strike to a rival by effectively breaking any of its dense defensive barriers.

Through the current test of the strategic weapon, we fully demonstrated the potentiality and development speed of our inexhaustible self-defensive technical forces capable of fully coping with even the prospective threats and clearly showed the enemies what we are doing and that we are fully ready to use any means to defend our legitimate interests.

The hypersonic missile system will reliably contain any enemies in the Pacific region that can affect the security of our state.

We have acquired a technical force which is by no means easy to achieve.

This is a remarkable achievement and a special event in strengthening the self-defensive capabilities, which we should be proud of.

I express thanks to all the researchers and technicians and the workers of munitions industry enterprise, who contributed to the successful development of the new-type strategic weapon system.

The hypersonic glide vehicle of the missile, fired northeastward at a launch site in a suburb of Pyongyang, made a flight along the scheduled trajectory, attaining its first peak height of 99.8 kilometres and the second peak height of 42.5 kilometres at the speed amounting to twelve times of the speed of sound, and accurately landed on the simulated target waters in the open sea 1 500 kilometres away.

The test-fire had no negative impact on the security of the neighbouring countries.

The development of the defence capabilities of the DPRK aiming to be a military power will be further accelerated. -0-

Pyongyang, January 3 (KCNA) -- Kim Jong Un, general secretary of the Workers’ Party of Korea and president of the State Affairs of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, called labour innovators and persons of merit to the headquarters building of the Central Committee of the WPK and had a photo taken with them on January 2 on the occasion of the New Year 2025.

The participants were filled with great emotion and joy as they entered the yard of the Party Central Committee with boundless gratitude to the respected Marshal

Pyongyang, January 3 (KCNA) -- Kim Jong Un, general secretary of the Workers’ Party of Korea and president of the State Affairs of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, met members of the art troupe of Korean schoolchildren in Japan, who visited the socialist homeland and took part in the New Year performance for 2025, at the headquarters building of the Party Central Committee on January 2.

The schoolchildren were greatly excited with the highest happiness and honour as they would receive warm blessings of the respected fatherly Marshal Kim Jong Un, whom they wanted to see so much, in the yard of the Party Central Committee which they have always kept in their hearts though they live in an alien land far from their homeland.

Seeing them full of joy with great excitement, the fatherly Marshal warmly congratulated them, who greeted the New Year’s Day in the motherland meaningfully, patting the beloved schoolchildren on their cheeks.

He took in his arms the valuable sons and daughters of the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan (Chongryon) who are growing up stoutly and beautifully by carrying forward the soul of their fathers and mothers who remain unchangeable on the road of patriotism, cherishing warm love for the socialist homeland, and had a photo taken with them.

The cheers of “Hurrah!” raised by the happy schoolchildren, who received his warm feelings of kinship, reverberated far and wide in the clear and blue sky of the new year.

Warmly shaking the hands of the head of the art troupe, he requested him to train a larger number of pillars who would carry forward the baton of the patriotic cause of Chongryon.

A song of loyalty and filial devotion, the sons and daughters of Chongryon had sung earnestly at the New Year performance, reverberated in the yard of the Party Central Committee full of loving care and passion of repayment.

Kim Jong Un heard with pleasure their song full of the desire to carry forward the patriotic tradition as their lifeblood, and warmly encouraged them.

Members of the art troupe of Korean schoolchildren in Japan were filled with the will to fully prepare themselves to be patriotic pillars, who would reliably shoulder the future of Chongryon, bearing deep in mind the boundless affection shown by Kim Jong Un. -0-
