The Association For the Study of Songun Politics UK(ASSPUK), the Juche Idea Study Group of England(JISGE) , the UK Korean Friendship Association(UK KFA)and UK Preparatory Committee For the 2017 Gathering to Praise the Great Persons Born of Mt Paektu issued a statement denouncing
the US-south Korean war exercises against the DPRK which are scheduled for June;
As clarified by the National Peace Committee of Korea(NPCK) " the U.S. and the south Korean warmongers for planning to stage the largest-ever joint military exercises with the involvement of Carl Vinson and Ronald Reagan nuclear task forces in the waters off the Korean peninsula in upcoming June under the pretext of the DPRK's legitimate measure for bolstering the military capabilities for self-defence.
In the past the U.S. frequently infiltrated nuclear carrier task force into the waters off the Korean peninsula in its frantic bid to pose military threat to the DPRK. But never has it gone so desperate as now as it plans to stage the joint military drills with the introduction of the two nuclear carrier task forces"
The Yankee imperialists are trying to stage a modern but crude form of colonialist style gunboat diplomacy to intimidate People's Korea , which is the bastion of independence and socialism , into
unilaterally disarming and basically overthrowing the socialist system.
Tension on the Korean peninsula is already at fever-pitch , it does not need any more US and south Korean military exercises.
The nuclear deterrent is the sacred and just right of the DPRK , an independent nation, to defend itself .
We urge the exercises are called and the aircraft carriers are turned back home !
