great leader comrade KIM JONG IL to Panmunjom;
On the 24th of November it was the 18th anniversary visit of the
great leader eternal chairman KIM JONG IL to Panmumjom . Panmunjom is a
place that symbolizes Korea's division by the US imperialists and great
powers , it is also the place where the US imperialists acknowledged
their defeat in the Korean war by signing at the armistice agreement
and it is the place where imperialism and socialism confront each other
by the force of arms.
For the great leader comrade KIM JONG IL to visit Panmunjom was a
courageous thing to do as the guns of the imperialists and puppets would
be trained on him. However he had no fear of the enemy , moreover he

Rodong Sinmun Terms U.S. State of Sexual Maniacs
Pyongyang, November 29 (KCNA) -- The Russian internet news Inosmi. Ru
said that during the more than six decades of their presence in south
Korea the U.S. forces have reduced one million women in south Korea to
sexual slaves for them. 350 000 south Korean women fell victim to sexual
slavery for the U.S. forces between 1945 and 1953 and more than 20 000
women in 1962. As a result, one million south Korean women provided sex
to the U.S forces present in south Korea since 1945.
Commenting on this, Rodong Sinmun says the U.S imperialist aggressors have not treated south Korean women as human beings but regarded them as playthings and slaves who satisfy their carnal desire.
The hair-raising human rights abuses perpetrated by the U.S. forces since they landed in south Korea under the mask of "liberators" are lashing all the Koreans into great fury.
The above-said information brings into light the hypocrisy of the rhetoric let loose by the U.S. rulers to justify the U.S. forces' presence in south Korea. They claim that south Korea enjoys the present "growth" thanks to the close relationship with the U.S. The information brings into bolder relief the disgusting aspect lurking behind their high-sounding words.
The U.S. forces' human rights abuses in south Korea prove that the U.S. is, indeed, the world's worst state of sexual maniacs and U.S. forces overseas are hordes of robbers and sexual maniacs who ruthlessly violate the dignity of women in the countries they are stationed.
The U.S. has neither qualifications to talk about the human rights of the DPRK nor justification to style itself a "human rights judge".
The commentary urges the U.S. to mind its own business as it has perpetrated all sorts of human rights abuses.-0-

ASSPUK, JISGE and UK KFA support stand of DPRK Foreign Ministry on Protest in U.S. against Racial Discrimination

The ASSPUK, Juche Idea Study Group of England and the UK Korean Friendship Association today issued a joint statement in support of the response given the DPRK Foreign Ministry on the demonstrations against racial discrimination in the US:
The US imperialists have , with breathtaking hypocrisy , taken issue with the Democratic People's Republic of Korea over human rights going to the lengths of getting the UN to adopt an extremist resolution on "human rights " in the DPRK . However , our organisations, know full well that it is the US that needs to sort out its human rights problems and not criticise others. This is proven by the events that began on the 9th of August 2014. A young black man Mr Michael Brown who was unarmed at the time was shot dead by a US police officer. Subsequently the US authorities declared that the killing was a "lawful" one and brought no charges against the police officer. This understandably has caused a great deal of anger amongst people in the US and has led to mass protests . These have been suppressed by armed troops , the fascistic National Guard.
Thus the USA is the worst ever human rights abuser in history. It is a country where people are shot dead by the authorities for having a different skin colour . The USA was founded on the genocide of the native Indians and the slavery of Black people. The US is a deeply fascistic society with many repressive organs such as the CIA, FBI, DHS , National Guard etc. As the DPRK Foreign Ministry statement says Great irony is that the U.S. tries to measure other countries with its wrong human rights standard though it is a typical human rights abuser.
Our organisations, the ASSPUK, JISGE and UK KFA strongly support the DPRK's correct exposure of the extreme racial discrimination in the USA and massive violation of human rights in the US. We support the stand of the DPRK to protect and enhance the human rights of its people.

KCNA Commentary Blasts Anti-DPRK "Human Rights Resolution" Fabricated by U.S. and Its Followers
Pyongyang, November 28 (KCNA) -- An anti-DPRK "human rights resolution" was rammed through the Third Committee of the 69th UN General Assembly on Nov. 18 by the U.S. and other hostile forces.
Lurking behind this is their sinister purpose to paint the DPRK as "tundra of human rights" at the UN and thus invent a pretext for launching armed intervention in it.
It is a trite method employed by the U.S. to commit aggression and realize its domination to strike the countries courting its displeasure by force of arms, foment their internal conflicts and put them under its control under the pretext of "human rights" and "democracy."
The wars against Grenada, Panama and Yugoslavia in the last century and the Iraq war in the present century were all fought by the U.S. under the pretext of "protecting human rights."
As seen above, the "human rights" noisily trumpeted about by the U.S. have always been used as a lever for committing massacre and war.
Then, can this outrageous method work on the DPRK?
The DPRK deems its sovereignty dearer than its existence.
When the U.S. tried to launch military aggression under the pretext of the nuclear issue as part of its "nuclear racket" against the DPRK, the latter unhesitatingly fought against it and firmly defended the sovereignty of the country and nation. The DPRK made such thunder as just nuclear test to warn the U.S. seized with the nuke all-powerful theory, failing to understand the former's will to devotedly defend its sovereignty. By doing so, it formally notified Washington of the fact that its policy of nuclear blackmail has become a white elephant.
In a final analysis, the "human rights" racket is no more than the last-ditch effort of those who are tight-cornered. This simply reminds one of a drowning man catching even a straw, finding it hard to stifle the DPRK with nukes.
Human rights precisely mean national sovereignty.
The "human rights" racket kicked up by the U.S. and other hostile forces to dare defame even the dignity of the supreme leadership of the DPRK, the destiny of its service personnel and people, not content with infringing upon its sovereignty, cannot be construed otherwise than the most vivid expression of their hostile acts against the DPRK.
The service personnel and people of the DPRK have already declared that they would launch the toughest counteractions against the U.S., Japan, the south Korean puppet group and other hostile forces.
The counteractions will prove to be the most sacred and merciless struggle for defending the sovereignty.
The chief culprit of the "human rights" racket and those involved in it will have to regret for their thrice-cursed crimes forever. -0-

Picket anti-DPRK film "The Interview"
Apparently the outrageous anti -DPRK film "The Interview " will be released in the UK on the 6th or 7th of January !This inflammatory film is the latest in a long line of anti-DPRK films produced by US with the aim of inciting hatred towards the DPRK so as to promote the idea of an aggressive war against the DPRK . It is a cheap and reactionary rubbish of capitalist Hollywood where moneymaking prevails over true art and culture. We must organise a KFA picket to protest against this film that insults and threatens the DPRK . We should also be picketing the US and south Korean puppet embassies over the anti-DPRK human rights resolution. Possibly this could be widened to include any EU offices in the UK.

Detailed Report on Secret behind Anti-DPRK "Human Rights Resolution" Released
Pyongyang, November 28 (KCNA) -- The DPRK Association for Human Rights
Studies released the following detailed report on Friday:
A draconian anti-DPRK "resolution" on the human rights aimed at seriously hurting its dignity was railroaded through the Third Committee of the 69th UN General Assembly on Nov. 18.
The U.S. and other forces hostile to the DPRK fabricated the "resolution" peppered with misinformation malignantly abusing its genuine human rights policy and, not content with this, even asserted that the DPRK's "human rights issue" should be referred to the International Criminal Court.
This was the most vivid expression of the U.S. hostile policy towards the DPRK as it was a hostile action against it, a product of the U.S. strategy to bring down the socialist system centered on the popular masses under the pretext of human rights.
Such hostile actions of the U.S. and its followers are naturally compelling the army and people of the DPRK to launch the toughest counteraction to cope with them.
Under the present grave situation where the human rights issue is at the crossroads of sincere cooperation or war, the DPRK Association for Human Rights Studies releases a detailed report to lay bare the secret behind such political fraud as the anti-DPRK "human rights resolution" which has no relevance with the protection and promotion of genuine human rights and clarify the responsibility for the ensuing consequences.
DPRK's Policy and Efforts for International Cooperation in the Field of Human Rights
It is the consistent political stand of the DPRK to make sustained efforts to protect and promote the genuine human rights and positively promote the international cooperation in this field.
The DPRK government has encouraged and developed the international exchange and dialogue in the field of human rights since long ago.
To cite a few examples, a delegation of Amnesty International visited the DPRK twice in April-May, 1991 and in April-May, 1995. It met with law-enforcement officials and prisoners and visited reform institutions and detention rooms, etc.
The reform institution visited by the delegation was just the same as the one where U.S. citizen Pae Jun Ho served the term of hard labor from May 2013 to November 2014.
In May-June, 1995, members of the International Association against Torture visited the DPRK and witnessed its reality.
In July, 1995, UN Special Rapporteur on Violence against Women and her party visited our country and were briefed on the DPRK government's policy and measures for combating the violence against women and learned about the reality.
Human rights issue has been included in the agenda of the regular political dialogue between the DPRK and EU since the DPRK-EU highest level meeting in May 2001.
In September 2001 the delegation of Parliamentarians from different political parties of France visited a reform institution and met with its inmates and officials concerned in the DPRK and learned about its reality.
In May 2002, the head of the division for East Asia at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Germany visited the DPRK and met those who had served their terms in prisons to understand the legal system in the DPRK.
EU, however, made a U turn in its stand of dialogue with no reason all of a sudden in April 2003 when the international cooperation was making progress in the field of human rights, and sponsored together with Japan a "resolution" on human rights situation in the DPRK, the first of its kind, and rammed it through the 59th meeting of the then UN Commission on Human Rights.
This was a follow-up politically-motivated hostile act of EU in the wake of the Bush administration's labeling of the DPRK an "axis of evil," reneging on the DPRK-U.S. Agreed Framework.
This scuttled the DPRK-EU human rights dialogue. Since then EU introduced anti-DPRK "human rights resolutions" to UN every year, blocking any cooperation with EU which has followed one-sided policy of confrontation.
However, the DPRK has not ceased its efforts to promote the multilateral cooperation in the field of human rights.
The DPRK government submitted the second report on the implementation of International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights in November, 2003 and took a sincere part in its examination.
It submitted its second report on the implementation of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child in June, 2004 and participated in its examination.
It presented its first report on the implementation of the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women in July, 2005 and took part in its examination.
It submitted its third and fourth reports on the implementation of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child in January, 2009 and participated in their examination.
The DPRK took part in the first-cycle of the Universal Periodic Review (UPR) under the UN Human Rights Council in December, 2009 and the second-cycle of UPR in May, 2014.
The DPRK signed the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities on July 3, 2013.
It signed the Optional Protocol to the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child on the Sale of Children, Child Prostitution and Child Pornography in September 9, 2014 and ratified it in November.
The DPRK government has made these efforts under the serious situation where the U.S. hostile policy towards the DPRK has escalated to the field of human rights.
For example, the U.S. passed "North Korean Human Rights Act" through its Congress in July, 2004, legalizing its interference in the internal affairs of the DPRK and its scenario to bring down its social system under the pretext of "human rights protection".
The keynote of this act is to air 12-hour Korean language broadcasting a day for the purpose of creating discontent with the DPRK government among its inhabitants under the signboard of promoting human rights, democracy and market economy in it, smuggle transistors capable of listening to its programs, lure its people to defect from their country, emigrate or take refuge in the U.S. and give financial and material support for doing so, etc.
The U.S. is spending tens of millions of U.S. dollars every year to implement the "North Korean Human Rights Act" which forces different international organizations and neighboring countries to get involved in it.
Even recently when the U.S. and its allies laid bare their attempt to introduce the "human rights resolution" seriously hurting the dignity of the DPRK to the UN General Assembly this year, the DPRK government made ceaseless efforts for dialogue and cooperation in the field of human rights.
Under the situation where the human rights situation in the DPRK was seriously misrepresented due to the persistent plots of the hostile forces, the DPRK Association for Human Rights Studies released a report on Sept. 13, 2014 for the purpose of clarifying truth and helping the international community understand it.
The report was warmly welcomed by the international community and it was registered and circulated as the UN General Assembly, UNSC and UN Human Rights Council's official documents for making a comprehensive and objective clarification of the human rights situation in the DPRK where the people became its master.
The DPRK Foreign Ministry in September 2014 declared its readiness to have dialogue over the human rights issue with Germany, UK and other European countries and on Sept. 17 formally expressed its intention to receive technical assistance if the Office of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights provides it.
On Oct. 17 the DPRK formally invited the special representative for human rights of EU to visit the country.
On October 27 the roving ambassador of the Foreign Ministry of the DPRK met the "Special Rapporteur" on the situation of human rights in the DPRK in New York for the first time and expressed such good will and magnanimity as saying that the DPRK would allow his visit to it if he is sincerely interested in the settlement of the human rights issue.
Some EU countries understood and positively affirmed the DPRK's broadminded efforts and called upon EU to opt for cooperation with the DPRK. However, EU under the pressure of the U.S. finally took the road of confrontation by joining in adopting the "resolution." By doing so, they closed the door of dialogue including human rights dialogue and exchange and cooperation by themselves.
2. Falsity and Reactionary Nature of the Anti-DPRK "Resolution on Human Rights"
The hypocrisy of the "resolution" lies, above all, in that it is based on the "report" of the Commission of Inquiry (CI) on the situation of human rights in the DPRK, a collection of lies and fabrications called "testimonies" made by a handful of "defectors from north Korea" who fled it after committing crimes here or were abducted.
For a decade the U.S. has prodded EU and Japan into ratcheting up pressure on the DPRK in the international arena including the UN and finally cooked up the Commission of Inquiry on the situation of human rights in the DPRK.
CI is a plot-breeding body whose political nature is clear from the background against which it was established.
An anti-DPRK "resolution" on establishing CI was adopted at the UN Human Rights Council in Geneva in March, 2013. It was the time when the DPRK-U.S. standoff was evermore acute due to the sanctions slapped by the U.S. against the DPRK in the wake of its successful satellite launch on Dec. 12, 2012 and the third nuclear test on Feb. 12, 2013.
The U.S. launched a new offensive of pressure upon the DPRK over its human rights issue, aware that it is hard to bring down its social system by sanctions only.
CI made up of three persons was reported to have worked out a "report" in which it allegedly made an overall "judgment and estimation" of the human rights situation of a country and made even a "recommendation" in a matter of less than a year. This itself raises a serious problem in view of scientific accuracy and credibility.
The "report" claims that CI members met about 300 "witnesses" in different countries. But among them there was not a single citizen of the DPRK and none of the members of CI has ever visited our country.
The countries which members of CI claimed visited were such countries as the U.S. and Japan hostile to the DPRK and those persons whom they insisted they met were either citizens of hostile countries or "defectors from north Korea" under the control of the south Korean authorities.
From the outset CI hostile to the DPRK in its nature had no intention to visit it. From its inception CI declared that it would conduct its inquiry mainly on the basis of testimonies made by "defectors from north Korea" and satellite photos.
Chairman of CI Michael Kirby in an interview with Australian broadcasting service on May 7, 2013 said there were a series of press reports about human rights abuses in north Korea but there was a lack of ground to confirm them.
The "report" failed to publish the names of most of "defectors from the north" who made testimonies.
CI made such poor excuse that "confidential interviews" were held to prevent their families from being hurt, a very serious flaw in a document of an international body.
For example, the "report" claimed on the basis of "statement" made by "defector from the north" Sin Tong Hyok that there is a "camp for political prisoners" in the DPRK and "unethical crimes" are committed there. Why did it not feel "worry" about Sin's father living in the DPRK at a time when it opened Sin's name. Maybe Sin is such bete noire who discarded human ethics so completely as having no worry about his real father that he made a false "testimony" that his father was dead.
A video clip was posted on website "By Our Nation" (www.uriminzokkiri.com) to prove false name, career and testimony made by Sin.
Even the author who released a book dealing with Sin's "Story about defection from the north" admitted that recently Sin told a lie about the reason for the punishment of his mother.
The book is the fictional novel that "touched" U.S. Secretary of State Kerry so strongly and sparked off his unusual antipathy toward the present social system in the DPRK.
Whoever has visited the DPRK even once, a man or woman from the West, is not ignorant of the human rights situation in the DPRK.
An Italian lawmaker who witnessed the reality of the DPRK in an interview with Italian Broadcasting Service 24 stated that what Sin Tong Hyok, defector from north Korea, said at a press conference is a lie to get some money and the book based on his lie is on sale, declaring he would not buy such book.
A journalist of Ireland on Oct. 29, 2014 in an article dedicated to the internet magazine The Diplomat said that Pak Yon Mi, 21-year old girl who defected from north Korea, spoke about "the serious human rights situation" in north Korea in tears at the World Youth Summit held in Dublin early in October and BBC, Al Jazeera, Daily Mail and other media gave wide publicity to it, but not a few critics claimed what she said was contrary to the truth, expressing skepticism about her speech.
Swiss businessman Felix Abt who had worked in north Korea for seven years till 2009 asserted that most of the stories told by those defectors from the north were not confirmed and clearly hyped or they were sheer lies.
Denying the claim made by Pak Yon Mi, comparing Dublin Canal with a river in the area where she had lived, that she saw dead bodies afloat over the river every morning, Abt refuted her story by saying he had been to north Korea many times but had never seen dead bodies, showing a picture of children in north Korea wading in rivers with joy.
Challenging the assertion of Ri Kwang Chol, defector from the north, who said there is no physically disabled person in north Korea due to infanticide, Abt recalled that Pyongyang dispatched disabled players to the Paralymic Games held in Inchon, south Korea.
Michael Bassett, who served the U.S. forces as an expert for north Korea in the Demilitarized Zone on the Korean Peninsula for years, said that the story made by Pak Yon Mi, defector from the north, was a sheer lie, that Pak described the human rights situation in north Korea as a "massacre", prompted by her intention to create a great sensation and that such anti-DPRK organizations in south Korea as "Freedom Factory" were behind her. Bassett, referring to the fact that Pak Yon Mi sent him an article refuting his story, ridiculed that her English was too perfect though she was a foreigner.
A researcher of the French Institute for International Strategic Affairs in an interview with the French paper La Croix on Feb. 19, 2014 said that the UN "human rights report" on north Korea is a biased and unscientific report and an unscientific document worked out on the basis of testimonies made by "victims" of the north Korean regime only without confirmation of information through visits to north Korea. In the light of the case in which a satellite photo of a nuclear test of north Korea several years ago was opened to public and proved to be false later, even the satellite photo showing a "management office" of north Korea is hard to believe, and a biased "report" based on rumors or public opinion on the "human rights" of north Korea should not be worked out but attention should be paid to more objective and scientific information, the researcher held.
A vice-president of the Party for Free Motherland of Brazil contributed a statement to the paper Ora Du Pob under the title "A servant of Obama faked up a Nazi report against the DPRK" on Feb. 19, 2014. It said:
"Michael Kirby's basic mission is to fabricate evidence as required by Washington, make persistent and old big lies of monopoly reptile media meeting the U.S. interests sound plausible, spread lies about the DPRK and participate in the international cooperation steered by the U.S. against the DPRK.
Michael Kirby had never visited Pyongyang, met and talked with representatives of the DPRK government. Following without any consideration the theory of the Nazis that if one repeats lies many times, everybody will believe in them, he was only invited many times to visit Seoul where all structures were made to provide 'evidence' necessary for working out the false 'UN report' having 372 pages through interview with persons in Seoul and several 'defectors from the north'."
The reactionary nature of the present "resolution" lies in that it serves as a tool for inciting confrontation, not cooperation, and a war, not peace.
The above-said "resolution" is designed to secure a justification for armed intervention by branding the DPRK as a "tundra of human rights" in the arena of the UN.
History clearly remembers the Yugoslav war which the U.S. ignited under the pretext of "protection of human rights and minority" in 1999.
The gravity of the "resolution" lies in that a dangerous precedent is made to politicize and internationalize the human rights issue of an individual country and use it for overthrowing the social system of that country.
3. The EU bereft of "independence"
The history of the UN knows no such document as the "report of the CI" on the situation of human rights in the DPRK which was fabricated in clumsy and hasty manner.
The EU, too, must be aware of the fact that the "report" has a lot of flaws and requires at least a verification.
The DPRK offered an opportunity for the verification under the situation where there are two conflicting reports thanks to the publication of the DPRK Association for Human Rights Studies' report fully reflecting the DPRK's policy on human rights, human rights regime and the reality of the people's enjoyment of human rights.
This was the reason why we consented to the visit of the UN "Special Rapporteur" on the situation of human rights in the DPRK and the special representative for human rights of EU and proposed the resumption of the human rights dialogue with EU on our initiative.
But EU said that it discussed the matter within it but a country in the EU opposed it and decided to pass the resolution because of opposition from the U.S. and Japan outside EU and proposed dialogue later.
Those countries opposed it were precisely the ones that have not recognized the state sovereignty of the DPRK where the people are fully guaranteed human rights.
The UN "special rapporteur" on the situation of human rights in the DPRK said at the contact with the DPRK on October 27, 2014 that he would propose EU to delete the issue of the International Criminal Court (ICC) from the "resolution" but a few days later he made a U turn in his stand and insisted that the DPRK's "human rights issue" should be referred to the ICC and his visit to the DPRK be realized.
This is little short of having negotiations with the DPRK while leveling a gun at it.
As shown by the 20 odd-year-long history of the course of dealing with the nuclear issue, it is the stand of the DPRK never to have any dialogue under pressure but to recognize and approach the dialogue based on equality only.
The behavior shown by EU this time makes us think once again of the "independence" oft-repeated by it.
Some years ago, the prime minister of a member state of EU earned an ill-fame as a poodle of the U.S. but today EU has itself created a strong impression that it is just a poodle of the U.S.
How can proper dialogue and negotiations be held with a party bereft of reason and its own principle?
Witnessing the shape of EU bereft of "independence," we cannot but question whether the DPRK's relations with EU have any meaning.
4. Extreme Partiality of UN
The course of the forcible passage of the "resolution" clearly proved that the UN has turned into a theatre of rampage, where everything is decided by the high-handed and arbitrary practices and dollar bag of the U.S., quite contrary to the principle of equal sovereignty specified in its Charter, and the fate of the individual countries might be adversely affected in a moment if they are weak.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the DPRK, with this year's UN General Assembly at hand, had contacts and dialogue on human rights issue with more than 150 UN member states, except for some die-hard hostile countries.
Most of the member states the DPRK got in touch with were skeptical about the "CI report" and admitted that the document was politicized. While doing so, not a few countries noted that they cannot but take the stand of abstaining from or not participating in the voting for "the resolution" as the U.S., Japan and others threatened them to suspend their economic aid and loan while putting so strong political pressure on them. They asked the DPRK side to regard this as their support and solidarity with the DPRK.
There were many such countries in Asia and Africa, in particular.
Who is opposed to having dialogue on human rights, in actuality, was brought to light during the recent UN General Assembly.
On Sept. 23 the U.S. announced that "high-level event on human rights of north Korea" would be held in New York on sidelines of the 69th UN General Assembly.
Prompted by the desire to set right the wrong opinion and view on the "human rights issue" in the DPRK and help its participants know truth, the DPRK expressed its will to participate in the meeting in the capacity of the party concerned and proposed this to the U.S. side.
The U.S. side said it would give an answer later, after thinking about it for a long while, but refused the DPRK side's participation in the meeting under the absurd pretext that it was "not appropriate" at a time when the meeting was imminent.
By origin, it is a practice and procedural regulation to invite the party concerned with the agenda item to be discussed at UN meetings and all other international meetings.
But it was evident that the U.S., holding a meeting concerned with the DPRK only, had no willingness to agree with the participation of the DPRK, the party concerned, or held the meeting in the backlane in a bid to hatch a plot from the outset.
Are such country and its servants entitled to talk about human rights dialogue ?
Not a few countries asked for understanding that they voted for the "resolution" not because they were concerned for the human rights issue but because the U.S. and Japan threatened them to halt economic aid. This fully revealed what extent the U.S. highhanded and arbitrary practices have reached in the UN.
As a Western personage said, the UN is now becoming an arena where 99 percent of its member nations sacrifice themselves for one percent of its membership.
We do not want anyone's "recognition" as regards the human rights issue and, moreover, do not feel the need to read the face of others at all.
What our people like and what conforms with their requirements and interests is precisely our human rights standards.
The recent farce orchestrated at the UN is a shameless political chicanery to put down justice with injustice and conceal truth with lies and the height of brazenfaced burlesque to deceive the world people with intrigues and fabrications.
The U.S. and its followers are trying hard to bring down the man-centred socialist system chosen by the Korean people, the cradle which they regard dearer than their own lives. This is lashing them into great fury.
Growing stronger are the voices calling for dealing merciless sledge-hammer blows at those who hurt even the dignity of the supreme leadership of the DPRK fully representing its people, which cannot be bartered for anything.
The DPRK will make every possible effort to shatter all "human rights" rackets kicked up by the U.S. and other hostile forces and defend the socialist system where the people are masters and their genuine human rights are guaranteed on the highest level. -0-
A draconian anti-DPRK "resolution" on the human rights aimed at seriously hurting its dignity was railroaded through the Third Committee of the 69th UN General Assembly on Nov. 18.
The U.S. and other forces hostile to the DPRK fabricated the "resolution" peppered with misinformation malignantly abusing its genuine human rights policy and, not content with this, even asserted that the DPRK's "human rights issue" should be referred to the International Criminal Court.

Spokesman for DPRK Foreign Ministry on Protest in U.S. against Racial Discrimination
Pyongyang, November 28 (KCNA) -- The spokesman for the Foreign
Ministry of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea gave the following
answer to a question put by KCNA on Friday as regards the ever-mounting
protests against racial discrimination in the U.S.:
After the Missouri State judicial authorities of the U.S. on Nov. 24 decided not to indict a white policeman who shot a black young man to death three months ago, protests against racism took place once again, rapidly spilling over into at least 170 cities across the U.S., including New York and Los Angeles. This is a clear proof of the real picture of the U.S. as tundra of human rights where extreme racial discrimination acts are openly practiced.
As regards the incident, U.S. President Obama let loose a spate of irresponsible remarks that the U.S. is a country built by law and it is necessary to accept the decision of the judicial authorities only to spark off bitterer resentment among the protesters.
Whenever an opportunity presents itself, the U.S. authorities bluster that the human rights of all people are guaranteed in the U.S. in a legal and institutional manner and only individual cases contrary to them occur sometimes.
But such individual human rights abuses are taking place one after another and have reached a systematic and wide-ranging and extremely grave phase. The occurrence of nationwide protests at present goes to prove that the U.S. human rights regime is beset with serious problems.
The U.S. president in his public appearance tried hard to justify the clear racial discrimination by law, an indication that the U.S. human rights standard is wrong.
Such human rights standard of the U.S. is censured by the whole of the international community including its allies.
Great irony is that the U.S. tries to measure other countries with its wrong human rights standard though it is a typical human rights abuser.
The DPRK will preserve only its own standard from A to Z under any circumstances to further protect and promote the human rights of its people. -0-

Imperialists' "Human Rights" Racket Is Prelude to War: KCNA Commentary
Pyongyang, November 27 (KCNA) -- The National Defence Commission of the DPRK in a statement on Nov. 23 solemnly declared before the world that it would regard the "human rights resolution" railroaded by the U.S. and its followers through the UN as an unprecedented and undisguised declaration of war and launch the toughest-ever counteraction to cope with it.
It is quite natural for the DPRK to clarify this resolute stand.
This is because the "human rights" campaign kicked up by the imperialists is no more than a prelude to invasion to be inevitably followed by a war, which might lead to such a tragic situation as the collapse of a legitimate government with its sovereignty mercilessly encroached upon.
After the end of the Cold War, the imperialists lost its pretext for committing aggression and igniting a war. Then, they noisily trumpeted about "the protection of human rights" as a lever for doing so.
Styling themselves an "apostle of human rights", they perpetrated military intervention in other countries as they pleased.
The U.S. ignited the Yugoslav war in 1999 under the signboard of "protecting human rights and minority." The U.S. started the Afghan and Iraqi wars in the new century, claiming they were to bring "freedom", "democracy" and "prosperity" to the peoples of those countries.
But the reality was quite contrary to its claim.
The countries against which the U.S. ignited wars under the pretext of "human rights" were all reduced to tundra of human rights and scenes of humanitarian disasters. Division of nations and confrontation between them festered and the peoples of those countries suffered from a nightmare of ceaseless misfortunes and agonies.
The "Arab spring" and "color revolution" spread by the imperialists in various countries and regions of the world under the slogan of "protecting human rights", without exception, led to the battles for toppling governments, causing political instability, economic disorder and social chaos.
As seen above, the human rights farce of the imperialists is nothing but a guide to aggression as it is aimed to ignite a war and inflict untold death and disaster upon the peoples.
This being a hard reality, we cannot but question those countries who blindly voted for the "human rights resolution" sponsored by the imperialists through high-handed and arbitrary practices at the UN.
Have they ever thought of the horrible disasters the imperialists' "human rights" racket might bring to their countries and nations next time?
Now that the imperialists declared a war by staging the hideous "human rights" burlesque, the DPRK is determined to smash it through its toughest counteraction.
The chief authors of the "resolution" and all those involved in its fabrication are the targets of the DPRK's counteraction.
The hearts of all the service personnel and people of the DPRK are burning with the determination to retaliate against them because the "resolution" dared hurt the inviolable dignity of the supreme leadership of the DPRK, the thrice-cursed crime.
The U.S. is their primary target.
The U.S. anxiously watched for a chance to ignite a war against the DPRK under the pretext of the nuclear issue. Finding its scenario unworkable, Washington worked hard to use the "human rights issue" of the DPRK as a pretext for launching armed intervention and igniting a new war of aggression. The DPRK will force it to pay for such crimes to the end.
The DPRK will never pardon the noisy "human rights" racket of the U.S. and its followers -- this is its firm stand. -0-

DPRK Scholar Hits at S. Korean Regime's Pro-American Policy
Pyongyang, November 26 (KCNA) -- The U.S. and south Korean puppet
authorities agreed to indefinitely extend the transfer of the right to
the wartime operation control (OPECON), which had been scheduled by
2015.
In this regard, Prof. Pak Je Dong of University of National Economy in the DPRK told KCNA:
The conservative ruling forces of south Korea are staking their fate on the U.S. colonial domination. So, they have so eagerly pleaded for the U.S. military presence in south Korea as well as its command over the puppet army.
Historically, the conservative forces in south Korea had insisted on the U.S. military presence allegedly to cope with any possible "southward invasion", constantly creating "security unrest" in favor of their rule.
In actuality, the U.S. forces would intervene in the internal affairs of south Korea, including the Kwangju Popular Uprising, whenever its ultra-right group was at the ruling crisis.
If the U.S. gives up its colonial rule and military presence, south Korea will be replete with the atmosphere for the independent, democratic and peaceful reunification of the country. That's why the pro-American conservative forces of south Korea have made desperate efforts to prolong their doomed life, even paying huge expenses for the upkeep of Yankees.
In fact, the present conservative ruling forces of south Korea are little different from a group of die-hard mercenaries and a group of arch traitors.
All Koreans will force those pro-American forces to pay dearly for their disgusting treachery. -0-

Specter of Ruin of Roman Empire Haunts U.S.: KCNA Commentary
Pyongyang, November 25 (KCNA) -- U.S. President Obama making a speech
at a university in Australia recently said it is the best time to live
in history but there are so many threats to the present world order that
those disputes have to be settled in a peaceful manner.
Secretary of Defense Hagel at a meeting of those concerned of the military in California said there is no guarantee that the U.S. military and technological advantages that became the basis of the international security order in the last century would automatically last in the 21st century, too.
This is a poor shriek of those facing ruin.
This is recognition of the dark reality in the U.S. as it is a reflection of extreme uneasiness and horror-phobia.
The U.S. is now thrown into confusion as its uni-polar domination system called world order is getting out of control.
Its military muscle and dollar's position that have propped Washington's moves for world domination are now sinking rapidly.
The DPRK's access to nukes and its measures for bolstering them qualitatively and quantitatively have become a nightmare-like blow to the U.S. keen to carry out its strategy for world domination.
At a time when the U.S. was grappling with troubles in the Middle East, styling itself a world gendarme without any ground, many countries put spurs to increasing military capabilities to cope with possible aggression by the world's "only superpower".
Lots of aggression wars waged by the U.S. in different parts of the world led to huge military expenditure, plunging the U.S. already saddled with heavy debts into a bottomless financial and economic crisis.
The U.S. excessive issue of dollars for the settlement of the issues of huge military expenditure and financial deficit is resulting in the steady devaluation of the U.S. dollar.
This suicidal act and wide-ranging use of national and regional currencies in various countries and regions are shaking down to the roots the present international financial system with U.S. dollar as a main currency.
To top it all, the U.S. hegemonic moves have been snubbed even by its allies, to say nothing of the international community.
The U.S. is, therefore, driven to its wit's end unable to handle Ukrainian crisis and other major international issues at will.
As a ruining house has often fights, the U.S. is locked in fierce bickering over such complicated issues as military budget.
The U.S. has now the hardest time in its history.
Yet, it has gone so foolish as to cover up its predicament through such talk as the "best time to live" and "peaceful settlement". This reminds one of the old Roman empire that was buried in history after facing a ruin for coveting for prosperity through aggression and wars.
The poor fate of the U.S. reminiscent of the ruin of the Roman empire is a due outcome of its history of aggression and arbitrary practices. -0-

Kim Jong Un Visits Sinchon Museum
Pyongyang, November 25 (KCNA) --
Kim Jong Un, supreme leader of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, gave field guidance to the Sinchon Museum, an epitome of history showing the brutality and cruelty of the U.S. imperialists and class enemies.
He said he came to the museum to arouse the servicepersons and
civilians of the country to an all-out anti-U.S. struggle by
intensifying the anti-imperialist, anti-U.S. education and class
education among them in keeping with the requirements of the prevailing
situation and the developing revolution.
Recalling the day in November 1998 when he visited the museum in company with GeneralissimoKim Jong Il , he went round its main building and tombs of 400 mothers and 102 children.
The massacres committed by the U.S. imperialist aggressors in Sinchon evidently showed that they are cannibals and homicides seeking pleasure in slaughter, he said, adding that the Korean people would never forget the brutal atrocities committed by the U.S. murderers and class enemies in Sinchon and many other areas of the northern half of Korea.
Kim Jong Un said that
illusion about the enemy just means death and any slightest illusion
about the enemy may lead to the renunciation of the revolution and
eventually spoil it.
U.S. imperialism is the arch-villain of aggression which came into being and got fattened with aggression and plundering, he pointed out. Its nature and brutality as an aggressor remain unchanged forever, and if there is any change today, it has got more insidious and crafty in the method to satisfy its greed for aggression, he said, stressing that to intensify the anti-imperialist, anti-U.S. education and class education at present is vital to the prospect of the Korean revolution and the destiny of the country.
He further said: To intensify the class education is more urgent today when the younger generation, who experienced neither exploitation and oppression nor the stern trials of war, have emerged the driving force of the revolution. The class education should not be delayed or neglected for a moment though time passes and generations are replaced, but it should be intensified in depth and on a permanent basis.
As fish cannot live without water, it is impossible to think about sovereign life of people and dignity and value of human beings without anti-imperialist, anti-U.S. education and class education, he said, stressing that victory of the revolution and socialism mainly depends on how to conduct such education.
He underscored the need to deeply implant the DPRK army and people with the strong anti-imperialist, anti-U.S. class consciousness and the outlook on the principal enemy so as to firmly defend the stronghold of the revolution and class position and achieve the final victory of the Korean revolution.
He urged the party and working people's organizations to intensify the class education among the party members and other working people, well aware of why the Workers' Party of Korea attaches importance to the class education.
He said if the class education is to be intensified, it is important to build up the Sinchon Museum and other class education centers across the country and deepen the education through them.
The Sinchon Museum should be rebuilt into a model of class education centers and data and evidence pieces be displayed well in a scientific way there, he said, adding the museum should be equipped with all facilities for convenience of visitors to it.
Visit to the museum should be organized under a meticulous plan and the efficacy of revenge-vowing meetings at the powder depot, tomb of 400 mothers and tomb of 102 children in Pamnamu (chestnut) Village, which testify to the enemy's atrocities, should be raised to make the visitors nurse surging hatred and revenge upon the enemy, he said.
The supreme leader stressed the need for lecturers at the museum to enhance their responsibility and role in ensuring the class education. Those lecturers are core of the WPK and career revolutionaries as they always stand at the outpost of class education, no matter whether they are recognized or not, implanting the class consciousness into the party members and other working people and servicepersons, he said, adding that deep attention should be paid to their living conditions.
He met Ju Sang Won, who survived at the powder depot of Pamnamu Village, used as a killing place by the U.S. imperialist aggressors during the Korean War, and has served at the museum for decades, and Pak Yong Suk who has been active as a lecturer of the museum for 23 years, and gave pep talks to them.
Kim Jong Un had a photo
session with the officials and employees of the museum, expressing
belief that they would creditably discharge their heavy yet honorable
duty.
Accompanying him were Kim Ki Nam, Han Kwang Sang, Ri Jae Il, Kim Yo Jong and Pak Myong Chol. -0-

KCNA Commentary Blasts Railroading of "Human Rights Resolution" through UN
Pyongyang,
November 24 (KCNA) -- The U.S. and the West are describing the
railroading of the "human rights resolution" through the 3rd Committee
of the 69th UN General Assembly as a "breakthrough".
We cannot but take issue with this row as it is part of political chicanery staged by the dishonest forces to make a dangerous precedent in the international arena by taking advantage of the U.S. hostile acts against the DPRK.
UN history does not know such a precedent as cooking up in great haste baseless "survey report" and adopting a "resolution" at its General Assembly with neither a dialogue with the country concerned nor a visit to it.
The hostile forces led by the U.S. are set to make a precedent of politicizing and internationalizing the human rights issue of an individual country and using it for toppling that country.
If such dangerous precedent is made in history, it is not hard to imagine what horrible misfortune and disaster it will bring to humankind.
"Human rights" were a pretext under which hegemonic forces caused disasters in Iraq and various other countries of the world in the past.
The imperialist forces are working hard to bring about regime changes in other countries under the pretext of "protection of human rights". They instigate the reactionary forces in other countries to cause social chaos and discontent in a bid to set up regimes obedient to them. When those countries voice opposition to them, they put pressure upon the countries and imposed Western-style "democracy" and "human rights standard" upon them under the pretexts of "human rights abuse" and "retreat from democracy".
The U.S. put up the slogan of "protection of human rights" when it seized Grenada and murdered its prime minister after dispatching aggressor troops to it in the 1980s and did the same when it kidnapped the head of state of Panama after invading it.
The U.S. and the Western countries are persistently working to force other countries to accept its "human rights standard" by abusing the issue of universality of the human rights standard that is mentioned in the international human rights conventions as they did in the past.
Prompted by their unilateral interests that are quite irrelevant to the human rights, the U.S. and the Western countries are putting collective pressure on those countries that maintain their own social systems and political modes by branding them as "human rights abusers."
Due to the U.S. and other Western countries, the view that "human rights are above state sovereignty" is afloat in the international arena and interference in the internal affairs under the signboard of "protection of human rights" is being justified.
The U.S. and those forces kowtowing to it are trying to politicize the human rights issue while resorting to the application of selectivity and double-standards even though they are not qualified to talk about genuine human rights. If these acts are overlooked, such an act as taking issue with specified countries, prompted by political purposes, will rule the roost.
It is by no means fortuitous that analysts contend that the people of a country have the greatest say about its human rights record and that the international community may show common concern for human rights through dialogue and cooperation but should never take such "confrontational" mode as the EU and Japan do.
Absolutely intolerable are the acts of the U.S. and the Western countries to make a dangerous precedent of speaking ill of human rights performance in other countries in the international arena for the mere reason that they are not their "allies" and "partners". -0-

S. Korean Authorities Accused of Escalating "Human Rights" Racket against North
Pyongyang, November 24 (KCNA) -- The National Reconciliation Council in
a statement Monday accused the south Korean puppet group of its zealous
involvement in the fabrication of the "human rights resolution".
After the anti-DPRK "human rights resolution" was railroaded through the recent 3rd Committee of the 69th UN General Assembly, the south Korean puppet forces are becoming more zealous in their "human rights" racket against the DPRK while "welcoming" the "resolution" and terming it a "reflection of concern of the international community".
The statement vehemently denounced the puppet forces' active involvement in the fabrication of the "human rights resolution" as a serious politically-motivated provocation and a traitorous act to push the north-south relations to the worst catastrophe.
The Park Geun Hye puppet group took the lead in cooking up the "human rights resolution," it said, and went on:
Such extra zeal shown by the group in fabricating the "resolution" pursuant to the U.S. was aimed to impair the high prestige and influence of the DPRK, justify its moves for confrontation with fellow countrymen in the north, put south Korean people's mindset under control and thus tide over its ruling crisis.
All facts prove that "confidence" and "dialogue" touted by the south Korean authorities are just hypocrisy and that they only watch for a chance to realize their ambition for invading the north.
The desperate efforts made by the puppet forces for the adoption of the "resolution" as stooges of the U.S. meant a declaration of a war against the DPRK as they were an indication of their total denial of its social system.
The south Korean puppet forces should stop running amuck, clearly aware of the catastrophic consequences to be entailed by their racket. -0-

Army-People Joint Rally Held to Mark 4th Anniversary of Victory in Yonphyong Island Shelling
Kangryong, November 23 (KCNA) -- An army-people joint rally took place
in Kangryong County, South Hwanghae Province Sunday to mark the fourth
anniversary of the victory in the Yonphyong Island shelling.
Present there were Ri Song Guk, commander of the Fourth Corps of the
Korean People's Army, Pak Yong Ho, chief secretary of the South
Hwanghae Provincial Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, Choe Jong
Ryong, chairman of the South Hwanghae Provincial People's Committee,
officials concerned, KPA service personnel, soldiers who took part in
the Yonphyong Island shelling and people from all walks of life in the
county.
Ri Song Guk said that the Yonphyong Island shelling four years ago
showed the stamina of the heroic KPA to the south Korean puppet forces
keen on the moves for confrontation with the DPRK and recorded a page of
proud victory in the history of Songun Korea.
The service personnel of the unit, which had consolidated the
resourcefulness and valor of one-match-for-a-hundred under the care of
the brilliant commanders of Mt. Paektu, fired strong artillery power to
disgusting Yonphyong Island the moment when the enemies committed
military provocation under the pretext for defending the "northern limit
line", and thus fully displayed the resolute will and indomitable might
of the arms of Mt. Paektu, he noted.
The people in Kangryong County, too, turned out in the battle
decisive of life and death, shared the destiny with service personnel on
the same trench, rendered material and moral assistance to fighters and
thus fully demonstrated the true picture of the great army-people
unity, he said.
He expressed the will to further strengthen the might of the great
army-people unity displayed at the Yonphyong Island shelling and
consolidate the defense line of the country into the impregnable
fortress no enemy provoke, shoulder to should with the people.
Then followed a congratulatory speech, a story about the brilliant exploits in the shelling and speeches. -0-

DPRK the only true socialist country -Chinese writer A Sang
Following the complete collapse of the first socialist country in the
world – the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics (USSR) – the world
communist movement has disintegration, and the European socialist bloc
has disintegrated. At this time, the General Secretary of the Romanian
Communist Party (and President of the Socialist Republic of Romania),
the great leader of the Romanian people – Nicolas Ceausescu – was a
deemed a ‘traitor’ member of the brutal and barbarous Communist Movement
and shot… Many Communist countries that survived the collapse of the
USSR, have changed ideological direction and given-up the Red Flag!
China, Cuba, Vietnam and other countries have abandoned the Red Road of
true
Communist ideology, and instead have moved astray and embraced the wrong direction of the capitalist free-market economic system that emphasizes privatization! Only the heroic Korean people and the Korean Labour Party continue to advance along the correct course of Scientific Socialism and Communism, which is the essence of Marxism-Leninism and Mao Zedong Thought! As the only real Socialist country left in the world, North Korea had many struggles in its early years against the USA. Red Communist survived in North Korea in the face of US imperialism and that of its allies – who were working hand in glove with one another. This pressure has continued to exist from the United States and South Korean lackeys of imperialism, compounded by the policy of Chinese exclusionism. North Korea’s struggle along the Red Road has been arduous as can be imagined, but Comrade Kim Jong-un, together with the WPK and the support of the Korean people, still stubbornly deals successfully with this pressure from all sides; meaning that today’s North Korea, as a Communist country, still stands firm in the East!

London 23rd of November
The Association For the Study of Songun Politics UK, the Juche Idea Study Group of England and the UK Korean Friendship Association issued the following joint statement in support the of statement of the National Defence Commission of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea "KPA and People Will Not to Tolerate "Human Rights" Racket of U.S. and Its Allies ";'
Our organisations, the ASSPUK, JISGE and UK KFA share the anger of the Korean people that a most reactionary anti-DPRK resolution was adopted recently at the 69th session of the UN general Assembly . Basically the resolution was sponsored by the reactionary imperialist Japan and the EU, an anti-people imperialist bloc , at the behest of US imperialism which was the string puller of the whole sorry charade and despicable anti-DPRK, anti-socialist exercise.
There is absolutely no "human rights " issue in the DPRK as it is based on the Juche idea which stipulates that the independence and creativity of humankind should be enhanced by all means. Moreover the DPRK guarantees many human rights that are unknown in the capitalist world such as free housing and full employment. It is the capitalist countries that are the worst human rights abusers because they have many homeless people and working people are forced to rely on charity for food. The prime movers behind the resolution, the EU , Japan and the US are all human rights abusers , the US being the biggest human rights abusers in the world that is responsible for the deaths of countless millions as a result of the numerous wars it has provoked. Japan is a war criminal state that committed crimes against the peoples of Asia during the second world world .Japanese imperialism is known throughout the world for its cruelty. The EU has many people living in poverty ,racism is prevalent in EU countries and the EU includes several countries that committed colonial crimes.
The UN resolution was based on pure lies and fabrications made by so-called "defectors ", those traitors to the Juche motherland who had committed serious crimes such as rape, murder and theft and ran off leaving behind their relative. Our organisations have repeatedly exposed made exposed "defectors " such as Shin as pathological liars .
The DPRK made every effort to co-operate over the "human rights " issue . They even released the two Americans who had committed very serious crimes against the DPRK. The two Americans even received good treatment whilst jailed in the DPRK.
The "resolution" totally discredits the UN making it look like a mere marionette of US imperialism. The UN is increasingly regarded by the people of the world as a useless body, a waste of space and a talking shop for politicians . Passing a resolution based on lies and fabrications does nothing to improve the image of the UN . The UN should rescind the resolution if it wants to improve its image and restore its standing as an august international forum.
The real purpose of the US manipulated resolution is to bring down the people-centred socialist system of the DPRK. It even contains extremist rhetoric about putting the supreme leadership of the DPRK on trial. Such mean phraseology is an insult to the dignity of the DPRK and is throwing down the gauntlet.
The DPRK National Defence Commission , the highest body of state power in the DPRK , is absolutely correct to declare that it rejects the resolution. We applaud and support this stance. We support the stance of the DPRK to take the toughest counter-measures against the US imperialists and their followers.
A sacred war to protect the sovereignty , dignity and supreme interests of the DPRK will be also be a great anti-imperialist national liberation war which will inspire the revolutionary people of the world.
We , Juche Idea followers , Songun Idea followers and friends of the
DPRK, call upon all progressive and independence loving people to turn out in the struggle to defend the DPRK and to get the disgusting UN resolution rescinded and put into the dustbin of history.
DEFEND THE DPRK !
LONG LIVE SONGUN !
LONG LIVE JUCHE !
LONG LIVE DEAR RESPECTED MARSHAL KIM JONG UN !

KPA and People Will Not to Tolerate "Human Rights" Racket of U.S. and Its Allies: NDC of DPRK
Pyongyang, November 23 (KCNA) -- The National Defence Commission (NDC) of the DPRK issued the following statement Sunday:
We have already seriously warned of the catastrophic consequences to be entailed by the reckless anti-DPRK "human rights" racket kicked up by the U.S. and it followers.
This warning was aimed to help cool their heads overheated by confrontation and hostile policy, though belatedly, and refrain from committing another anachronistic criminal act of challenging justice after judging the gravity of the situation with reason.
This measure taken by us aroused deep sympathy of the public at home and abroad and various righteous and upright countries made every possible effort to put the situation under control while voicing opposition to the U.S.-orchestrated "human rights" racket against the DPRK.
We feel sincerely thankful for this and will always remember it.
However, the U.S., steeped in brigandish bad habit, finally perpetrated such reckless action as fabricating the anti-DPRK "resolution on human rights" at the UN by manipulating riff-raffs bereft of elementary view and principle, instead of thinking twice.
The U.S. let the EU and Japan draft the "resolution" and UN member states blindly following and obeying it voted for it.
This hideous charade staged in the international arena is a shameless, politically-motivated farce to suppress justice with injustice and cover truth with lies and the height of impudent burlesque to deceive the world people.
What happened there is lashing our service personnel and people into great fury and their determination to make retaliation against this is running high.
The U.S. and its followers are now unable to escape merciless punishment for daring impair the prestige of the DPRK and foolishly trying to bring down the socialist system, the cradle of our people.
The U.S. and its followers adopted the extremely unreasonable "resolution on human rights" against the DPRK and, not content with this, continue behaving impudently as if they had put it in an awkward position. The NDC of the DPRK solemnly declares the following principled stand in this regard:
Firstly, our army and people categorically deny and reject the "resolution on human rights" fabricated by the U.S. and its allies by abusing UN.
We have never recognized any "resolution" worked out by the U.S.-led undesirable hostile forces to encroach upon our sovereignty and vital rights.
The same is the case with the present "resolution."
This is because the present "resolution" is a fabrication made on the basis of misinformation provided by a handful of human scum who fled the country after committing unpardonable crimes before our country and its people and abandoning their native places and parents and wives and children.
It is also because the "resolution" is a product of political fraud as it was railroaded through highhanded and arbitrary practices, allurement and bribery by hostile forces including the U.S., without expression of the free will of UN member states who sympathize with justice and value conscience.
Worse still, the "resolution" was adopted under the manipulation of the U.S. which has sought the infringement upon our sovereignty in violation of the UN Charter which considers respect for the sovereignty of all countries and non-interference in their internal affairs as a basic principle.
This "resolution" may work on those poor guys who throw away human dignity like a pair of old shoes, steeped in sycophancy and submission.
But it can never work on the DPRK, highly dignified with independence and demonstrating its might with self-defence and self-reliance.
The U.S. and Japan are the worst human rights abusers as they have mercilessly trampled down the peoples' rights to exist and live and develop and took countless human lives in Korea and other parts of the world for centuries. And such riff-raffs as the Park Geun Hye group of south Korea kowtowing to them joined them in sponsoring the above-said "resolution" reminiscent of a thief crying "Stop the thief!" This cannot but be a tragicomedy unprecedented in history.
Our army and people urge the Obama administration to make a formal apology by bending its knees before us for its crimes.
This stand of ours is a warning served to Japan and riff-raffs of the EU as well as the Park Geun Hye group that they can also never go scot-free.
This stand of the DPRK is, at the same time, a warning served to the UN to make haste to take a fair measure to put the situation under control, though belatedly.
The UN needs to seriously recollect the time when the DPRK declared a just nuclear thunder to defend its supreme interests 20 years back.
Secondly, our army and people will take an unprecedented toughest measure for mercilessly smashing the heinous "human rights" campaign against the DPRK as it has already declared.
The recent "resolution on human rights" is a full revelation of the hostile intention to stamp out everything dear to our army and people.
Human rights precisely mean the right to independence and the sovereignty of a relevant country.
Therefore, the brigandish "resolution" against the DPRK's genuine human rights means the most undisguised war declaration to infringe upon its sovereignty.
The recent "resolution" dared take issue with the dignity of our supreme leadership. This fact alone goes to prove that the sponsors of the "resolution" and all those involved in its adoption deserve a severe punishment.
Because the dignity of the supreme leadership means the destiny of the DPRK which cannot be bartered for anything.
The U.S. is the primary target of our toughest countermeasure.
The U.S. has run the whole gamut of hostile policies including the political isolation, economic blockade and military pressure upon the DPRK.
As the U.S. found all this unworkable on the DPRK, it is making desperate efforts to use the "human rights issue" for creating a new theatre for invasion under the pretext of armed intervention.
We will take toughest counteraction against the U.S. as already declared before the world, as long as its "human rights" racket and its hostile actions go on.
Japan, too, can never escape this toughest counteraction of the DPRK.
It is the sworn enemy of the Korean people as it committed thrice-cursed crimes, crudely violating their human rights from the beginning of the last century like the U.S.
It is disgusting for Japan to pull up the DPRK over its genuine human rights just to please the U.S., far from repenting of its crime-woven past.
Japan should bear in mind that if it continues behaving as now, it will disappear from the world map for good, not just remaining a near yet distant country.
The Park Geun Hye group is also the main target of the DPRK's toughest counteraction as it has turned the whole of south Korea into the worst tundra of human rights.
We warned it enough to understand that its improper tongue-lashing would end in cutting off its head. It, however, is still busy talking rubbish about somebody's nukes and "human rights" and a sort of life.
It would be well advised to realize itself what miserable end its heinous confrontation with compatriots will bring.
Availing ourselves of this opportunity, we would like to urge the UN to come to its senses and awaken itself.
If the UN allows the U.S. to turn the inviolable political arena into a mayhem under the sway of its highhanded and arbitrary practices, abandoning the principle of impartiality and equity and its original mission and role, it will be hard to maintain its existence amid the world people's condemnation.
Our army and people can never overlook the insult to our genuine human rights and the infringement upon the right to independence and sovereignty.
Time will prove what high price those who unreasonably violated the dignity of the DPRK despite its warning will have to pay.
Thirdly, the U.S. and its followers will be wholly accountable for the unimaginable and catastrophic consequences to be entailed by the frantic "human right" racket against the DPRK.
We offered the U.S. a series of opportunities of redeeming its crimes by turning over a new leaf.
Recently, the DPRK treated with magnanimity U.S. high-ranking officials who came here, bringing with them Obama's personal letter and showed such humanitarian leniency to several American criminals who were sentenced to heavy penalties for violating the law of the DPRK.
Nevertheless, the U.S. responded to it with the frantic "human rights" racket against the DPRK.
We would like to question the Park Geun Hye group busy billing the adoption of the above-said resolution as a sort of a significant event.
Does she think Chongwadae will be safe if guns roar for aggression and a nuclear war breaks out on the Korean Peninsula?
Can she prolong her remaining days in America after leaving south Korea?
Japan, political pigmy, would be well advised to behave itself properly, cogitating about what miserable end it will meet.
Once a sacred war is launched to protect the sovereignty of the DPRK, not only the U.S. but the Park Geun Hye group and Japan will have to be hit hard and sent to the bottom of the sea.
The UN also can never evade the responsibility for the catastrophic consequences entailed by what happened there.
All this is the DPRK's response to the "human rights" racket of the U.S.-led hostile forces.
Nobody can infringe upon the DPRK's sacred and supreme interests.
It is the firm stand of the army and people of the DPRK not to tolerate the U.S. and its followers' vicious "human rights" racket.
The sponsors of the "resolution" and all those involved in its adoption will repent bitterly. -0

S. Korean Puppet Regime Flayed for Taking Lead in Adoption of Anti-DPRK "Human Rights Resolution
Pyongyang, November 22 (KCNA) -- The Secretariat of the Committee for
the Peaceful Reunification of Korea Saturday issued information bulletin
No. 1080 condemning the south Korean puppet regime for joining those
states which co-sponsored the railroading of the anti-DPRK "human rights
resolution" through the UN session.
The information bulletin said:
It is the south Korean puppet regime which cried out for the adoption of the "resolution" with the information full of lies, fabrications and plots, while begging for the cooperation for the anti-DPRK "human rights" campaign. It is also the regime which, not content with arranging interview of human scum by riff raffs of the international community in south Korea, let them present "testimonies" in the international arenas.
The puppet group took the lead in fabricating the "human rights resolution", pursuant to the U.S. It is aimed to defame the high authority and influence of the DPRK, justify the moves for confrontation with fellow countrymen and divert public opinion elsewhere in a bid to put the people's mindset under control, calm down the spirit of the south Korean people's anti-"government" struggle and thus tide over the ruling crisis.
The puppet forces are the top-class sycophants and traitors without an equal in the world who leave south Korea to the tender mercy of the U.S. as its colony and offer even the military prerogative to foreign forces, and the biggest human rights abuser who turned south Korea into a tundra of human rights. It is, therefore, nonsensical for them to talk about someone's "human rights".
It is a ridiculous daydream to try to use "human rights" racket for bringing down Korean socialism that displays its might by dint of Songun and wins victory after victory by dint of single-minded unity.
The south Korean puppet group actively joined the U.S. manipulation of the provocative "human rights resolution" against the DPRK while kowtowing to the U.S. This is little short of a declaration of an all-out war against the social system and people of the DPRK.
The DPRK will neither remain a passive onlooker to the puppet forces' "human rights" racket nor pardon anyone who provokes its dignity, social system and people even a bit with the "human rights" as a pretext.
All Koreans and the international community should see through the despicable nature and sinister scheme of the anti-DPRK "human rights" campaign kicked off by the U.S. and south Korean puppet group and categorically reject it. -0-

The Association for the Study of Songun Politics and the Juche Idea Study Group of England issued the following joint statement on the occasion of the 4th anniversary of the victorious Yongphyong island shelling ;
4 years have passed since the south Korean fascist puppets provoked the Yongphyong Island shelling by firing shells into the territory of the DPRK despite repeated warnings not to do so . This was done to try and enforce the illusory and bogus "northern limit line " , which is illegal and is rejected by the DPRK. The Korean People's Army (KPA), the revolutionary armed force of Juche, retaliated by shelling the source of the firing, Yongphyong island ,turning it into a sea of fire. Thus the south Korean puppets paid a high price for their stupidity The south Korean puppets and their US imperialist masters run about in fear and panic. The then puppet boss Lee Myung Bak and his cohorts taking refuge in an underground bunker. Indeed the south Korean puppets were like naughty children running home to mummy and daddy (in this case the US imperialists) crying because someone had chastised them for wrongdoing.
The Yongphyong Island shelling was a historic event that demonstrated the spirit, mettle and invincible might of the KPA, which has been trained into an a powerful Juche-orienated army of Mt Paektu under the care of Generalissimo KIM JONG IL and Marshal KIM JONG UN. Dear respected Marshal KIM JONG UN skilfully commanded the KPA to win a great victory during the Yonphyong island incident. Should the south Korean puppets and US imperialists attempt to provoke the DPRK , they will suffer the second and third Yongphyong incident. The KPA and Korean people will be ever-victorious under the command of the dear Marshal KIM JONG UN !

The Association For the Study of Songun Politics UK , the Juche Idea Study Group of England and the UK Korean Friendship Association issued the following joint statement in support of the report of the southwestern front command of the Korean People's Army made on Friday 20th of November;
It is completely intolerable that the south Korean fascist puppets plan to carry out live fire drills in the tense area of the West Sea of Korea in order to conclude the Hoguk war exercises. It is a very big provocation that threatens peace and security on the Korean peninsula and indeed the Asia-Pacific region.
The south Korean puppets clearly have not learnt the lessons of the Yongphyong Incident some 4 years when they shelled areas on the DPRK side during the Hoguk exercise only to be met with a
shower of retaliatory fire from the heroic and glorious Korean People's Army under the command of
the great leader generalissimo KIM JONG IL and dear respected comrade KIM JONG UN .
Now the south Korean puppets are even planning to fan the flames of provocation and confrontation more by holding ceremonies to commemorate the Yongphyong Incident . Instead of doing this they
should instead learn the lesson of their defeat.
We support the strong militant stance of the DPRK revolutionary armed forces to smash any provocation of the south Korean puppets.

CPRK Raps S. Korean Authorities' Politically Motivated Provocation
Pyongyang, November 21 (KCNA) -- A spokesman for the Committee for the
Peaceful Reunification of Korea (CPRK) on Friday released a statement
assailing the south Korean puppet group for pushing its campaign of
hurting the dignity of the supreme leadership of the DPRK to an extreme
pitch.
Betes noires of the puppet ultra-right conservative organizations including the Phohang branch of the "Association of Those with Special Mission" held a rally for inciting the confrontation with the DPRK at the plaza before the Phohang City Office in North Kyongsang Province on Thursday afternoon on the 4th anniversary of the Yonphyong Island shelling incident and staged a farce of hurting the dignity of the supreme leadership of the DPRK.
This farce timed to coincide with the largest-ever combined landing drill in Phohang for a sudden attack on the north was a carefully-worked-out deliberate politically motivated provocation of the south Korean authorities from A to Z, the statement noted, and continued:
The reality goes to prove that the Park Geun Hye group is talking volumes about "confidence", "dialogue" and "peace" but is dreaming of achieving its ambition for "unification of the social systems" with the sinister intention to escalate the confrontation.
The DPRK has declared more than once that it would never pardon any act of hurting the dignity of its supreme leadership but mercilessly punish it.
Under the situation where the puppet group openly revealed its real intention not to rule out even a war by malignantly hurting the dignity of the supreme leadership of the DPRK, the life and soul of the Korean people, the DPRK will more significantly bolster up the striking power corresponding to it and mercilessly punish the provokers by unimaginable means and methods.
The south Korean puppet forces will be held wholly responsible for all catastrophic consequences to be entailed in the north-south relations in the future. -0-

The south Korean puppet forces will be held wholly responsible for all catastrophic consequences to be entailed in the north-south relations in the future. -0-
KPA Southwestern Front Command Issues Warning to S. Korean Military
Pyongyang, November 21 (KCNA) -- The southwestern front command of the
Korean People's Army (KPA) released a report Friday as regards the fact
that the south Korean puppet military warmongers are getting evermore
pronounced in confrontation and provocation moves against the DPRK
though four years have passed after the Yonphyong Island shelling
incident.
The south Korean puppet military warmongers are mulling concluding the Hoguk joint military exercises with madcap live-shelling drills on Paekryong and Yonphyong islands with the backing of the U.S. imperialist aggressor forces present in south Korea.
They are planning to hold even a military parade as well as "memorial service", "awarding ceremony", "floral visit", etc. for those provokers who met a miserable end on the occasion of Nov. 23, the day of the Yonphyong Island shelling incident.
The world knows no one but the puppet military warmongers who go so brazen as to hold even such "ceremony" by painting the defeat as "victory", the report said, and went on:
The KPA officers and men on the southwestern front sharply watch with high vigilance the warmongers keen only on driving the situation to an extreme phase through provocations in the acute hotspot waters, still without discretion.
Ridiculous is such behavior of those defeated provokers, who ardently asked the KPA to stop shelling at that time when the island was turned into a "hell of death" and "everything there was being reduced into ashes" by its shower of fire for justice.
It is the retaliatory will of the stalwart fighters on the southwestern front greeting the fourth anniversary of their victory in the Yonphyong Island shelling to bury the provokers at the bottom of sea for good so that they may not say even about "retrieval of defeat".
The mad provokers are bound to be beaten or killed by the KPA. It is their inevitable and miserable fate.
The sound of gunfire by the KPA in the Yonphyong Island shelling will remain an echo of victory forever, but it will always remain a dirge of defeat for the provokers.
The south Korean military warmongers should never forget the lesson from the bitter defeat in the Yonphyong Island shelling all the time, the report warned. -0-

KCNA Commentary Slams U.S. for Orchestrating Adoption of "Human Rights Resolution" against DPRK
Pyongyang, November 20 (KCNA) -- The U.S. human rights racket against the DPRK is inching close to an extreme phase which should not be overlooked any longer.
The "human rights resolution" against the DPRK was railroaded through the meeting of the Third Committee of the 69th UN General Assembly through high-handed practices and pressure at the instigation of the U.S.
The U.S. orchestrated railroading of the "resolution" is lashing the army and people of the DPRK into great fury as it is the most vivid manifestation of the U.S. hostile policy toward the DPRK aimed to bring down the man-centred socialist system which was chosen by the Korean people and which they consider as dearer than their own lives.
The U.S., regarding the "human rights issue" and the nuclear issue as the two mainstays of its policy to stifle the DPRK, is perpetrating grave politically-motivated provocations to realize the "regime change" in the DPRK at any cost under the pretext of "human rights".
Lurking behind the scenario of the EU and Japan which sponsored the "resolution" is the U.S. hostile policy toward the DPRK aimed to bring down its social system by force of arms.
The "resolution" (A/C.3/69/L.28.Rev.1) submitted by some countries of the EU and Japan has no relevance with the promotion of genuine human rights as it is a product of the political and military confrontation and plot against the DPRK. The "resolution" is only based on the fabricated "testimonies" of "defectors from the north", who committed crimes and fled the country abandoning even their beloved ones including their parents, brothers and sisters alike. As such, it is no more than a compilation full of groundless political accusations and contradictions and has no qualification and credibility to be recognized as an official document of the United Nations.
The U.S. started the "human rights" offensive against the DPRK at the UN in real earnest which is aimed to create the impression that the DPRK is "a tundra of human rights" and thus invent an excuse of armed intervention.
We cannot but take a serious note of the fact that the U.S. let its followers label the DPRK "human rights abuser" in the "resolution".
A dangerous precedent is being made to politicize and internationalize the human rights of individual countries and use it for bringing down their social systems.
The international community still vividly remembers the Yugoslav war ignited by the U.S. in 1999 under the pretext of "protection of human rights and minority."
Experiencing the grave situation where even a crime of the strong is regarded as a good deed and a good deed of the weak is censured as an evil one, the Korean people have keenly realized once again the truth that human rights precisely means national sovereignty and it is guaranteed by powerful deterrence.
It is the Northeast Asian region with the Korean Peninsula as a center where the interests of the big powers are intertwined and clash.
Had the DPRK been weak in its sovereignty and failed to protect it, it would have already experienced not just the "color revolution" or what happened in the Mideast but its people would not have escaped horrible misfortune and disaster.
The U.S. hostile action makes it hard for the DPRK to exercise any restraint any longer in conducting a new nuclear test.
It is crystal clear that under the prevailing situation the DPRK's war deterrence will be bolstered up unlimitedly to cope with the U.S. armed intervention.
The U.S., the principal architect of the farce for adopting the recent "resolution", and its servants will be held wholly responsible for all the consequences to be entailed by it.
If the U.S. policy-makers have their senses, they had better make a cool judgment of the reality and a political decision conforming with the trend of the situation. -0-
