          The 27th of February will be the 50th anniversary of the publication of the historic work of the great leader comrade Kim Il Sung   "Let us strengthen the revolutionary forces for reunification in every way to achieve the cause of reunification of the country", so the ASSPUK and JISGE issued a joint statement ;  

In the 1960s south Korea was ruled by the military fascist dictatorship of Park Chung Hee , a puppet of US and Japanese imperialism.  Those progressive forces in south Korea aspiring after reunification were viciously repressed , hundreds of thousands were  slaughtered by the Park Chung Hee puppet fascists   . After deeply analysing the situation the great leader  President Kim Il Sung made public his work “Let us strengthen the revolutionary forces for reunification in every way to achieve the cause of reunification of the country” at the 8th plenary meeting of the 4th Party Central Committee.

With his deep insight into the requirements of the rapidly-changing situation in south Korea and the development of revolution in the 1960s, the great leader comrade Kim Il Sung taught, that the revolutionary forces in north and south Korea, the internal revolutionary forces, should be built up and solidarity with international revolutionary forces strengthened, in order to drive out the US imperialists and achieve national reunification and nationwide victory in the revolution.  The great leader comrade Kim Il Sung stressed that the decisive factor was the internal revolutionary forces , the revolutionary forces of north Korea and the revolutionary forces of south Korea.

In order to strengthen the revolutionary forces in south Korea, it is important, he taught, to strengthen the main force of the revolution, that is, the main classes which can be mobilized in the revolution, build a revolutionary working-class party, rally the broad masses from all walks of life into a united front, and weaken the counter-revolutionary forces to the maximum in all political, economic, cultural and military fields.

This work of the great leader President Kim Il Sung powerfully inspired the struggle for reunification and the nationwide victory of the Korean revolution. Today were are convinced that the south Korean revolution will be ever -victorious under the banner of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism !
