Great Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il who devoted their entire whole life for the happiness of the Korean people and the accomplishment of the cause of global independence. What is the essence of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism?

Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism is a revolutionary thought which is centred on the masses of the people.

Quintessence of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism is the Juche idea which was created by great President Kim Il Sung.

The Juche idea is the great idea whose truthfulness has been perfected through the revolutionary practice.

At present, there is a tendency to interpret the Juche idea on the basis of the dialectic materialistic of Marxism. The Juche idea is the original revolutionary idea that cannot be interpreted within the framework of Marxism.

That man is the master of everything means that he is the master of the world and of his own destiny. That man decides everything means that he plays decisive role in transforming the world and in shaping destiny.

Philosophical principle of the Juche idea is the principle of man-centred philosophy which explains man’s position and role in the world.

The Juche idea is, indeed, the great idea that enables to bring about a great change in the practice of the Korean revolution.

The experience of the DPRK who has built the people-centred socialism by applying the Juche idea is a valuable example to be learnt from by us all.
