The British Group for the Study of the  Juche Idea(BGSJ)) and the UK Korean Friendship Association(UK KFA) issued a joint statement on the occasion of the 9th  anniversary of the election of  dear respected leader Marshal KIM JONG UN as Chairman of the Workers' Party of Korea(WPK)
The election of dear respected Marshal KIM JONG UN as Chairman of the WPK  at its 7th Congress , nine years ago , reflected the unanimous support ,deep respect  trust of the members of the Workers' Party of Korea and entire Korean people.
The election as Chairman  of the WPK fully confirmed the fact tha  Dear respected Marshal KIM JONG UN is the great successor, the one and only successor , to the great leaders generalissimos KIM IL SUNG and KIM JONG IL who faithfully follows in their footsteps carrying out their behests most loyally.  Indeed dear respected Marshal KIM JONG UN is identical to President KIM IL SUNG and KIM JONG IL.
The election to the position of Chairman was  profound manifestation of the continuity. of the great Juche and Songun revolution started by the great leader President KIM IL SUNG and matured by eternal Chairman KIM JONG IL.

The DPRK during the past 9 years has battled against the sanctions imposed by the hostile forces and achieved great success in socialist construction .

We are sure that the Korean people will under the leadership of respected Marshal KIM JONG UN implement the decisions of the 8th Congress of the Workers Party of Korea .

Long live the great leader Chairman KIM JONG UN !
Long live the Juche Idea !
Long live self-development first and self reliance !
Long Live the Workers' Party of Korea !
