Women lead lives of dignity in People's Korea!

Yesterday the  30th July was the 71st anniversary of the enactment of the DPRK Law on Sexual Equality . This gave women equal rights with men in the DPRK , abolishing centuries of feudal oppression . Women got equal pay (29 years before the UK) as well as the right to divorce . Prostitution was abolished by the law as well making the DPRK one of the few countries in the world that is free from the scourge of prostitution and the decadent Western capitalist sex industry which degrades women.

In People's Korea women hold important positions such as school headteachers, directors of hospitals as well as being soldiers and policewomen .
