 The Association for the Study of Songun Politics UK(ASSPUK) , the Juche Idea Study Group of England(JISGE), the UK Korean Friendship Association (UK KFA) and UK Preparatory Committee For the 2017 Gathering to Praise the Great Persons Born of Mt Paektu issued the following joint statement on the occasion of the 5th anniversary of the award of the title of Marshal to dear respected  comrade Kim Jong Un which falls on the 17th of July;
   Five years  have passed  quickly since the title of Marshal was awarded to dear respected Marshal Kim Jong Un . The award of the title of Marshal of DPRK ,the top military post of the DPRK fully reflected the support and confidence in dear respected Marshal Kim Jong  Un. The award fully recognised  the leadership abilities and brilliant commanding art of dear respected Marshal Kim Jong Un.                         .
    Dear respected Marshal Kim Jong Un put forward the militant revolutionary Songun-based line of building up the nuclear force and economy of the DPRK in parallel ,a brilliant application to the modern realities of the brilliant line of the great generalissimo Kim Il Sung of building up the economy and defence in parallel.Dear respected Marshal Kim Jong Un  led the DPRK in the intense confrontation with the US imperialists who ran wild to stifle Korean-style socialism through sanctions and military pressure. Respected Marshal Kim Jong Un with his skilful commanding art shattered the moves of the US imperialists and their puppets to provoke war in August 2015 and other occasions.
    Today dear respected Marshal Kim Jong Un is leading the work of further strengthening and developing the Juche-orientated defence capabilities of Songun Korea. Recently the DPRK successfully test-fired the Hwasong -14 Intercontinental Ballistic Missile on the 4th of July (US "Independence Day").
                 

  This was a great event which demonstrated the immense Juche-oriented , Songun-based military might of People's Korea under the Songun revolutionary leadership of respected Marshal Kim Jong Un.This was also an act of defying the sanctions, blockade and pressure of the US imperialists and their followers.The fascist US president Trump had declared that it would not happen  but it did  ! People's Korea is now rushing through the final gate of becoming an advanced nuclear power .
    Dear respected  Marshal Kim Jong Un is an , invincible and iron-willed brilliant commander of Songun  who follows in the footsteps of the great generalissimo's Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il.
    Our organisations,  are fully convinced that under the wise leadership of dear respected Marshal Kim Jong Un the Korean people will win final victory in the Songun revolutionary cause and achieve national reunification.We revere respected Chairman Kim Jong Un ,as the great Marshal of Juche and Songun !
