               London 17th of September Juche 104(2015)
                   The Association For the Study of Songun Politics UK(ASSPUK), the Juche Idea Study Group of England(JISGE) , and the UK Korean Friendship Association(UK KFA)today issued a joint statement in support of the statement of the Committee For the Peaceful Reunification of Korea issued on the 16th of September;

We strongly support the statement of the Committee For the Peaceful Reunification of Korea(CPRK) on the so-called "bill on human rights in the north".  The south Korean ultra rightist conservative forces are moving to revive and pass the so-called "bill on human rights in the north" , a ghost bill which had been knocking around for ten or so years but had never been carried by the south Korean "national assembly " . Shamefully so-called 'opposition parties ' in south Korea have joined hands with the ruling party in supporting this anti-DPRK confrontational measure . Do the opposition parties not
realise that the one of the biggest human rights violators is is the south Korean regime itself which once kidnapped and imprisoned Kim Dae Jung who was later to become south Korean 'president'. Do the south Korean so-called opposition parties not realise that south Korea needs to put its own house in order and improve its own human rights situation before they can criticise anyone else lest of the DPRK which has no human rights problem at all .
                               In seeking to railroad through the "national assembly "  the "bill on human rights in the north" the south Korean rightist conservative forces are imperiling all what has been achieved in the field of inter-Korean relations particularly the recent joint press release at the Panmunjom
contact between the DPRK and south Korea. As the statement of the CPRK says " It is preposterous to talk about "implementation of the agreement," "improved relations" and "dialogue" while categorically negating and opposing the dialogue partner. This behavior is no more than clumsy red herring of those with ulterior motive"
The so-called "human rights in the north " bill is a most slanderous and reactionary one that denies the legitimacy of the socialist system of the DPRK therefore as such it institutionalizes confrontation with the DPRK . The DPRK is absolutely correct to regard as it a declaration of war and take decisive measures to counter it.
If south Korea knows what is good for it  then it should scrap the "bill on human rights in the north" forthwith  and honour agreements with the DPRK.
