                              London 10th of December Juche 103 (2014)

The Association for the Study of Songun Poltics UK, the Juche Idea Study Group of England and the UK Korean Friendship Association  issued the following statement in connection with the ill boding moves to refer the so-called "DPRK human rights " issue to the UN Security Council :

Our organisations, the ASSPUK , JISGE and UK KFA resolutely condemn  the insidious and diabolic moves of the US imperialists and their followers to refer the issue of the DPRK "human rights " to the UN Security Council . This is clearly a move to try and sink a knife into the back of the back of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea . It is a sinister attempt to incite military intervention in the DPRK under the flag of the UN . Of course such an action would only repeat the shameful history of the UN in regard to the DPRK  As such the UNSC has no right to interfere in the internal affairs of the DPRK , it is actually contrary to the UN charter for the UN Security Council to adopt resolutions on the internal governance of the DPRK.

This is an attempt by the US imperialists and those nations subservient to them to create a so-called "humanitarian war " or liberal style imperialism. In reality 'liberal style imperialism ' or "humanitarian imperialism ' is no different from the old style of imperialism as has been witnessed in Yugoslavia, Iraq, Libya and Afghanistan. The US imperialists used "humanitarian  intervention " as a means to overthrow governments they do not approve of and achieve regime change by means of violence.

It will further tarnish the image of the UN Security Council, which is already
perceived widely as a mere marionette of US imperialism, if it adopts a resolution based on the "Commission of Inquiry " report as this has been shown time and time again to be peppered with lies and fabrications and as such should never been put before the UNSC. Furthermore the UNSC is displaying extreme bias and partiality as pointed by the DPRK Foreign Ministry " In July last when the DPRK Government formally filed in the Security Council the issue of putting an end to the U.S.-south Korea joint military drills posing a direct threat to international peace and security, the Security Council sidestepped it". This is nothing short of disgraceful !

The UN should investigate the US for acts of torture carried out and also extreme racism including the killing of black people.

We say that the UNSC should cancel any plan to discuss the "human rights " issue of the DPRK !
