London 3rd of March Juche 108(2019) The Association for the Study of Songun Politics(ASSPUK) , Juche Idea Study Group of England (JISGE), the UK Korean Friendship Association(UK KFA) and British Solidarity Committee for Peace and Reunification on the Korean Peninsula (BSCPRKP)issued the following joint statement on the occasion of the successful official goodwill visit of dear respected Marshal KIM JONG UN to the Socialist Republic of Vietnam from the 1st of March to 2nd of March :
Dear respected Marshal KIM JONG UN , Chairman of the Workers' Party of Korea , Chairman of the State Affairs Commission of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) and supreme commander of the Korean People's Army paid an official goodwill visit to the Socialist Republic of
Vietnam from the 1st of March to the 2nd of March at the invitation of the Vietnamese government and the Communist Party of Vietnam.Respected Marshal KIM JONG UN received a very warm welcome from the Vietnamese people.
During the visit respected Marshal KIM JONG UN paid homage at the mausoleum of comrade Ho Chi Minh the first president of Vietnam and he paid homage to Vietnamese revolutionary martyrs .
During the visit respected Marshal KIM JONG UN had talks with the government and party of Vietnam in order to further strengthen relations of co-operation and exchange between the DPRK and Socialist Republic of Vietnam .
Respected Marshal KIM JONG UN's visit to Vietnam was a resounding success. It further strengthened and developed the traditional and intimate ties of friendship between the DPRK and
the Socialist Republic of Vietnam that were created by the great leader President KIM IL SUNG
and the immortal comrade Uncle Ho Chi Minh and forged in the course of the struggle against
imperialism . During the Vietnamese people's liberation war against the US the DPRK sent pilot of the KPA air force and tunnelling engineers to Vietnam as well as other assistance.
The visit of respected Marshal KIM JONG UN was another big step on the road of expanding
the DPRK external relations and a demonstration of the successful diplomacy of respected Marshal KIM JONG UN. It developed relations between the DPRK and SRV to a new higher level. It contributed to the unity of the socialist countries and anti-imperialist forces and the unity of the
international communist movement .
