The 57th Day of Songun has come.

In the severe mid-1990s, the reactionaries trumpeted about the “finis of socialism” and the world people regarded that rise and fall of the DPRK is “a matter of time”.

Thanks to his Songun-based leadership, the new June 15 reunification era of national reconciliation and unity was opened up and enthusiasm for reunification was surging. And also all kinds of maneuvers of anti-reunification forces in and out were checked and the driving force of the national reunification was bolstered up. The national independence has been prevalent in the north, south and overseas and various circles of Korean people have turned out in the reunification movement.
