South Korean Puppet Embassy in London picketed

 On the 1st of November at 4-30pm to 6pm a successful picket of the south Korean embassy in London was held to protest against the arrest and detention of Mr Ro Su Hui the vice-chairman of the Pan National Alliance for the Reunification of Korea and also to protest against the holding of the Hoguk 2012 exercises by the south Korean puppets and US imperialists. Originally called by the International Committee for the Release of Mr Ro Su Hui Members of the UK Korean Friendship Association  and Juche Idea Study Group of England as well progressive activists including the general secretary of the New Communist Party of Britain braved the cold November weather to attend the picket.

The chairman of JISGE and KFA Official delegate UK and founder of the International Committee for the Release of Mr Ro Su Hui made a speech announcing the start of the  picket explaining that Mr Ro's arrest and detention was a grave human right's violation. He also denounced the south Korean puppet regime for straining the situation on the Korean peninsula by holding Hoguk exercises

The shocking scene at Panmumjom on the 5th of July showed a deep contrast between the independent Juche-based socialist DPRK , an anti-imperialist and patriotic power and the US controlled fascist south Korean puppet regime . The anti-people  , reactionary and repressive nature of the south Korean regime was shown up fully by their actions.
On the DPRK side there were many singing and chanting to send vice-chairman Ro Su Hui who had been staying in the DPRK for over 2 months having come to pay his respects to the great leader comrade Kim Jong Il on the 100th day since he passed away. On the south Korean side there were only south Korean puppet troops and sinister looking thuggish agents of the hated south Korean "National Intelligence Service"( a direct successor to unlamented "Agency for National Security Planning" and the KCIA of Park Chung Hee) plus employees of the so-called "Unification Ministry" . They stood impassive and indifferent to the singing and cheering of the DPRK side. It was hard to differentiate the south Korean puppet troops in appearance from Americans, they looked like clones of the Yankees.
 Vice chairman Ro did not stand a chance , as soon he put his foot on the south Korean side of the military demarcation line he was grabbed by burly looking NIS men . One of them put his arm around vice-chairman Ro's neck throttling him. He was then carried off on all fours by the despicable fascist thugs. There can be no other for the south Korean authorities other than fascist , it is a simple as that.

We vehemently denounce the Lee   Myung-bak regime for its unjust detention of pro-reunification patriot Ro Su Hui, vice chairman of the South Headquarters of the Pan-National Alliance for the Country’s Reunification.

He arrived in the DPRK on March 24 to attend the memorial service on 100^th day since leader Kim Jong Il, Chairman of the National Defence Commission of the DPRK, passed away.

He visited various place including Mangyongdae, the Arch of Triumph, Mt. Paektu , etc, amidst the warm welcome of the northern brethren.

After 104-day stay in the northern part of his homeland he crossed over the demarcation line in Panmunjeom to south Korea . The fascist puppets put shackles on his wrists and brutally hurled him to a prison just after his crossing.

He, 68 years old, is suffering from torture and repression by the fascist puppets in a cold cell.

The crimes which the fascist court charged against him by dint of the notorious “National Security Law” are the crime of “infiltration and escape” as he visited the DPRK without the authorities’ permission, and the crime of “praise and encouragement” as he praised President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il.

Today the south Korean patriotic people from different circles bitterly condemn the criminal acts of the Lee clan, branding them as anti-ethical, anti-human rights and anti-reunification atrocities in the name of all the nationals advocating the June 15 joint declaration and the October 4 declaration.

The Lee Myung-bak clan which resorts to the fascist repression against the pro-reunification patriots cannot avoid the stern punishment of history.

Set free Mr. Ro Su Hui at once!

Dear comrades,

In the name of the Swiss Korea Committee (KFA Switzerland), the Swiss Juche Idea Study Group (SJISG) and as 1st vice chairman of the International Committee for the Release of Mr. Ro Su Hui I send you our cordial revolutionary greetings to your picket of the south Korean puppet embassy.
I wish to your action a full success! Mr. Ro Su Hui is a fine and noble Korean patriot and should be released unconditionally and immediately! His visit to the northern part of his own country can never be taxed as a "crime". The criminal is the Lee group of traitors who jailed Mr. Ro.
With his Pyongyang visit, Mr. Ro wanted to share the deep sorrow and grief of his own compatriots about the most sad and tragic loss of the nation, the demise of the great Leader *Kim Jong Il*. And he met his fellow compatriots in struggling for national reunification.
The "National Security Law" in south Korea is a criminal fascist suppression against national reunification and against the people. The NSL should be abolished also immediately!

Another crime of the Lee group and its American masters is the current /Hoguk /war drill. These aggressive manoeuvres are a part of the US imperialists' and their stooges' criminal purpose to destroy the DPRK. But the US-led international imperialist alliance will never succeed to destroy socialist Korea. The party, the army and the people of the DPRK, single-mindedly united around the dear respected Marshal *Kim Jong Un* and guided by his Songun-based revolutionary leadership, will smash victoriously the imperialists' and reactionaries' criminal anti-DPRK plots.

              A statement denouncing Hoguk 2012 was read out
          The Hoguk exercise involves some 240,000 south Korean puppet troops andat least 500 US imperialist aggression troops. Even civilians and police are
involved in Hoguk which is something unusual.  These exercises are bringing the dark and stormy clouds of war to the Korean peninsula as in 2010 the exercises
resulted in the Yongphyong Island incident . As the content of the exercise involves landing operations this can only be a rehearsal for the advance party of an invasion of the DPRK and attempt at seizing control of the DPRK and stifling people centred Juche Socialism by force of arms.It constitutes the rounding off of preparations to invade the DPRK and destroy it.

  The Hoguk exercise is being carried out at a time when the US imperialists and south Korean puppets have intensified psychological warfare against the DPRK
and are wildly slandering the people-centred socialist system of the DPRK. There can be no doubt that Hoguk is aimed at so-called regime change, a criminal and aggressive act against the DPRK.
