DPRK Visit

Just returned from a fantastic trip to the Democratic People's Republic of Korea. I was there to attend a course on Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism organised by the Korean Association of Social Scientists. There were delegations from Mongolia, Russia, Nepal, Pakistan , Venezuela, Democratic Congo, Benin, Nigeria and Slovenia. We visited Mangyongdae, the Pyongyang Metro, Taesong central Zoo and the KPA Museum of Military Equipment. This museum was awe inspiring. I was one of the few foreigners allowed to visit. Here you could the awe inspiring potential of the KPA . We were not allowed to bring cameras or take notes. Looking at i thought bye bye USA bye bye south Korean puppets. All the stuff was DPRK own make.

On a lighter note witnessed DPRK people enjoying themselves at the Dolphinarium and the Rungra Fun Fair. Pyongyang city has more funfairs than London and people go to the funfair all the time.
We also saw Arirang.
