Report of 10th Juche Study Session and Q and A .10.07.2024



The Korean Friendship Association of the UK(KFA UK  and British Group for the Study of the Juche Idea held its 10th Juche Idea Study Session and Q and A at 1830 hours BST on the 10th of July 2024 . Participating were members of KFA UK and the British Group for the Study of the Juche Idea from London , West of England , Staffordshire , Scotland and other parts of the UK . The meeting was joined by guests from KFA Andalusia , Spain , from KFA Germany , the People’s Korea Initiative of Poland and friends from Russia .


Questions were put to the meeting about the DPRK ‘s attitude to the Great Proletarian Proletarian Revolution in China ,about military training in the DPRK and educational and career issues  , about the use of pesticides in agriculture and food safety and lastly , about suicide and mental health in the DPRK .


Comrade Alan Bolon , KFA UK organisation secretary responding to the first question said that each country is different and that the DPRK does things its own way , he pointed out that the DPRK carries out the ideological revolution .


Dr Hudson, Chairman of KFA UK and Chairman of the British Group for the Study of the Juche Idea , answering the first question said that the DPRK has the ideological revolution and puts ideological work ahead of all other work . He said that the DPRK developed the Three Revolution Red Flag Movement . In recent years the DPRK has carried out a sharp struggle against anti-socialist and non-socialist ideology.



In answer to the second question  Dr Hudson said that everyone in the DPRK receives military training under the all people, nationwide defence system and that people can choose their jobs according to their abilities .


Dr Hudson in reply to the third question said that the DPRK strictly controls the use of pesticides and is developing biological pesticides . Moreover the DPRK has laws on food safety .


Finally , Dr Hudson explained that suicide is unknown in the DPRK and that mental illness is rare.



Dr Hudson read passages from the book  “Juche Idea , Answers to a Hundred Questions “ .
