ASSPUK, BGSJI , UK KFA and BSCPRKP hail 'Let the Union of Agricultural Workers of Korea Become Vanguard in the Struggle for Achieving Our Style of Socialist Rural Development'

 The Association For the Study of Songun Politics UK(ASSPUK),the British Group for the Study of the Juche Idea (BGSJI),the UK Korean Friendship Association(UK KFA) andthe British Solidarity Committee for Peace and Reunification on the Korean peninsula (BSCPRKP) hailing the publication of the letter  "Let the Union of Agricultural Workers of Korea Become Vanguard in the Struggle for Achieving Our Style of Socialist Rural Development'   by respected Marshal KIM JONG UN  , general secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK ) , on the 27th of January ;

  At the end of January the Union of Agriculturual Workers of Korea (UAWK) held its 9th Congress at which it was resolved to implement the decisions of the 8th Congress of the WPK and also the grand programme of socialist rural construction that was laid down at the 4th Plenary Meeting of the 8th Central Committee of the WPK  at the end of 2021 . As the UAWK are the responsible  for the DPRK 's  granary and the masters of farming in People's Korea , the holding of the  9th Congress of the UAWK was of great significance so respected Marshal KIM JONG UN sent a letter to the Congress titled    "Let the Union of Agricultural Workers of Korea Become Vanguard in the Struggle for Achieving Our Style of Socialist Rural Development'   in which he laid down important tasks for the UAWK to expedite the struggle for socialist rural construction of Juche-based , Korean style .

    As Marshal KIM JONG UN pointed out in the letter the WPK attaches great importance to the role played by the UAWK , stressing that the UAWK should uphold the slogan ' “For a fresh victory of socialist rural construction!   . Marshal KIM JONG UN defines the rural revolution   as the ideological , technical and cultural revolutions in the countryside and puts forward tasks the spheres of ideology , technology and culture .

    The struggle agains the anti-socialist and non-socialist practices is highlighted in the letter as Marshal KIM JONG UN correctly stresses '    An important task for UAWK organizations at present is to intensify the struggle against anti-socialist, non-socialist practices.

They should encourage all their members to ratchet up the struggle uninterruptedly, well aware that the struggle is a kind of class struggle aimed at defending the happy life of their families and rising generations and our socialist rural position. They should bring home to their members the danger and harmfulness of anti-socialist, non-socialist practices, and take measures to keep them from being infected by alien phenomena, and resolutely root out even their small buds, if any'

Thus the UAWK and WPK will decisively smash any influence of bourgeois and capitalist idelogy in the countryside . The Red flag will flutter high over the socialist fields of People's Korea.

 Marshal KIM JONG UN also emphasised that there  improved agricultural techniques and efforts made to conserve tha land better .  He called for an increase of 1 ton of grain per heactare in the coming period .

  We are sure that the agricultural workers of People's Korea will uphold the teachings of respected Marshal KIM JONG UN as outlined in the letter  "Let the Union of Agricultural Workers of Korea Become Vanguard in the Struggle for Achieving Our Style of Socialist Rural Development' and win a decisive victory in the rural revolution !
