Debunking anti DPRK myths -"prison camps'

The reactionaries , the mainstream media and liberal 'human rights ' NGOS all claim that the DPRK is has 'hundreds of thousands ' of alleged 'political prisoners ' . Usually different numbers are cited by different groups and individuals which really just goes to show that they do not know what they are talking about .
If you try telling them that you have not seen a prison camp in the DPRK , they just pooh pooh it ,saying 'oh but you would not ' . Well it is needs to be remembered that the DPRK is not a large country like the former USSR , China and also USA , India and Brazil . It would not be so easy to hide from a view a large number of prisoners .
However there is an even bigger hole in the argument of the reactionaries and liberals against the DPRK .This comes from their poor level of knowledge of the DPRK .If the DPRK has large numbers of prisoners subjected to labour , why is necessary for the DPRK to use the army in construction projects and also to mobilise people for big construction projects ? Would it not be easier to just send a load of prisoners to do construction work ? Why have teams of housewives waving red flags to encourage people to work harder when you could just send a lorryload of cons to do some work ? .
Reading the works of the great leader comrade KIM IL SUNG and the great leader comrade KIM JONG IL , there many references to labour shortages and the question of sending workers to this or that industry and to mobilising labour for big construction project . However nowhwere is there a single reference to using prison labour to solve labour shortages .
Of course the big irony is that the USA extensively uses prison labour , there is even a 'prison industrial complex ' in the USA . Even the UK has its own 'community payback ' which some will argue is a good thing.
