Pyongyang, December 13 (KCNA) -- A
factional strife is getting fiercer in the "Liberal Korea Party" (LKP),
a conservative political party of south Korea.
The factional strife among the LKP's pro-Park Geun Hye group, anti-Park
Geun Hye group and the group of neutrals for taking the helm of the
party and over "mega-merger of the conservatives" reminds one of a
dogfight in quagmire.
The conservative camp which had undergone a round of fight with the
election of the floor leader as an occasion has engaged in a desperate
internal scramble to secure the post of representative of the LKP.
Who will take the post of representative with the right to nominate
party members for "National Assembly" election to be held in 2020 --
this is just decisive of whose faction will seize the hegemony of the
party.
That's why the group of traitors on the verge of extreme isolation and
collapse is fighting desperately for the hegemony in the party, although
they are outwardly calling for "mega-merger of conservatives".
O Se Hun, ex-mayor of Seoul City, Hong Jun Phyo, ex-representative of
the LKP, Hwang Kyo An, ex-"prime minister", and others who vowed to run
for the election all claim that they are the very ones for saving the
conservative camp from collapse and challenging the present
"government".
Behind their claims is a design to take the helm of the party and increase the influence of their factions.
Indeed, it is a shameless act of political philistines obsessed with the greed for power.
Is the job of the LKP a factional strife and scramble for power?
It is not accidental that Jon Won Chaek who was a member of the special
committee for organizational consolidation of the LKP said that the "LKP
is a political party of factional groups, not orthodox faction, and it
is a sort of private organization," when he was expelled from the party
as a victim of factional strife.
The fractional strife is a commonplace in the party on the verge of collapse.
The impeachment of traitor Park Geun Hye and great defeat in "elections
to the local self-governing bodies" in June have already given political
destruction to the LKP.
As a ruining house has often fights, the backbiting of the philistines
in the scramble for hegemony goes to only show the poor position of the
traitorous political party driven into a tight corner, forsaken by the
people.
South Korean media and experts are unanimous in saying that the LKP lost
its wits, the approval rating of the party has fallen owing to the
inveterate factional strife and the chronic evil practice of the party
raises its head as the days go by.
It is as clear as noonday that if philistines afire with a scramble for
power, indifferent to the people's living, are left intact, politicking
in south Korea will lead to a political quandary.
The LKP is, indeed, the cancer-like entity and outcast of the era.
The earlier removal of the LKP will make a neat and clean world. -0
