Pyongyang, February 13 (KCNA) -- The Korean Friendship Association headquartered in Spain made public a statement on February 7 hailing the successful launch of the earth observation satellite Kwangmyongsong-4.
Noting that the successful launch was just like the fireworks displayed by the DPRK on the occasion of the birth anniversary of leader Kim Jong Il (the Day of the Shining Star), the statement went on:
The satellite launch fully demonstrated the strong power, scientific and technical potentiality and the might of self-supporting economy of the DPRK under the wise leadership of Marshal Kim Jong Un.
Steadfast is the determination of the DPRK to build without fail a thriving nation envied by the world under any pressure.
Satellites of the DPRK will ceaselessly be launched into space no matter what rhetoric the U.S. imperialists and their followers may spout.
