ASSPUK , JISGE and UK KFA support white paper of DPRK National Reunification Institute

The Association for the Study of Songun Politics UK(ASSPUK) , the Juche Idea Study Group of England(JISGE) and the UK Korean Friendship Association (UK KFA) issued the following joint statement in support of the White paper of the National Reunification Institute of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea concerning the deplorable state of south Korean workers ;


South Korea is known throughout  as the  "republic of the Chaebols ".  Chaebols being large monopoly corporations and conglomerates. In south Korea the big monopolies dominate life and control everything . The rich get ever richer and the poor get ever poorer. South Korea is rent by the class and social contradictions and the people suffer because of the anti-popular rule  of the Park Geun Hye regime and the ruling elite  as well as the exploitation of the US imperialists and multi-national corporations.


Unemployment is a big problem in south Korea . As the DPRK National Reunification Institute White Paper says "The number was over 3.5 million in 2013 which rose to at least 4.5 million in 2014 and more than 500 000 of them gave up employment. And the number of underemployed increased to 10 million from 8 million in the period.". Even university graduates cannot find work with over 2 million of them unemployed. This shows the disastrous effects of puppet rule in south Korea and the contradictions of the capitalist system .

Part time workers in south Korea face discrimination and ill treatment.

South Korea workers suffer from many industrial accidents. As the NRI points out " The number was over 3.5 million in 2013 which rose to at least 4.5 million in 2014 and more than 500 000 of them gave up employment. South Korea is also known for having the longest working hours in the world according to the UN ILO  but at the same time have the shortest holidays for workers.

All these facts show that south Korea is a living hell on earth in which the rights of workers are violated all the time . South Korea is a society where the 1 per cent exploit the 99 per cent . It is a corrupt and rotten society which should be overthrown at once ! South Korea should not criticise the DPRK over human rights and slander the most advantageous socialist  system in the DPRK where genuine popular policies are enforced  and there is no unemployment.
