S. Korea Censured for Spreading Misinformation about DPRK: KCNA Commentary

Pyongyang, February 7 (KCNA) -- South Korea lied that the DPRK produced drugs and trafficked them with south Korea and China.

Member of south Korea's Saenuri Party Yun Sang Hyon, a faithful henchman of Chongwadae, spearheaded this smear campaign.

This is indicative of the Lee Myung Bak group of traitors at deathbed, being forsaken by the people for its huge crimes against the nation.

The rhetoric spelled out by the Lee group is aimed to tarnish the DPRK's international image and divert domestic and international public opinion critical of it.

This brainchild is a last resort measure taken by those who were much upset by the harmonious whole of the DPRK which keeps moving forwards without the slightest vacillation even after the great loss to the nation.

The group of traitors hurt the Koreans when they were grieving over the loss, thus plunging the north-south ties into complete deadlock.

The Saenuri Party is so wretched as to be called rags party after its emergence for deteriorating people's livelihood and turning south Korea into a veritable hell harassed by evil and corrupt practices including drug abuses and murders.

It has constantly cooked up groundless "shocking news" to get rid of its sorry plight. It is, therefore, nothing surprising that it fabricated the trafficking issue.

The Lee group is hopelessly trying to find a way-out of the quagmire it is being mired.

It appears to try to divert the public attention, cover up its crimes and prolong its remaining days. But its gimmick will get it nowhere.

It is illogical for the group which is little match against the DPRK to slander it. Every sin brings its punishment with it.

The internet newspaper which echoed the misinformation should come to itself. -0-
