Waking up this morning, I started checking messages and looking the headlines . I soon learnt that CNN ,the US media giant was spreading malicious rumours about the health of the DPRK supreme leader respected Marshal KIM JONG UN . This made me remember how in 1986 the south Korean puppets made a false report about the DPRK that was carried by the imperialist mainstream media at the time . I am not going to repeat the details as the report was extremely offensive and of course blatantly untrue , it was proved false within a couple of days .
CNN have sourced their story from the notorious ' Daily NK ' of south Korea which is well known for making up false stories about People's Korea , which are usually proven false for example they claim a particular figure in People's Korea has been executed only for them to turn up alive and well a few months later . So the so-called source for the story clearly had no knowledge of the geography of the DPRK because they stated that Hyangsan county is on the east coast . In fact Hyangsan county is not on the east coast but is in land and in the central part of Korea. Such a mistake shows that the so-called 'source ' for the story is not actually from inside the DPRK but from outside it ! Moreover the report claims that respected Marshal KIM JONG UN underwent intensive surgery at a hospital on the 12th of April but in fact as reported by the Korean Central News Agency " Kim Jong Un, chairman of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK), chairman of the State Affairs Commission of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea and supreme commander of the armed forces of the DPRK, inspected a pursuit assault plane group under the Air and Anti-Aircraft Division in the western area.". So such a story cannot be true.
What is the true intention of CNN and other Western media in inventing such reports and circulating them ? . Firstly , it is to slander the dignity of the supreme leadership and undermine the image of Juche Korea in front of the world public . In recent years the international position of the DPRK has been rising due to the successful diplomacy carried out by respected Marshal KIM JONG UN . Moreover economic construction has progressed under the banner of self-reliance . This kind of false report by the Western media is a way of detracting from these achievements and belittling them . Secondly , it is an act of psychological warfare against the DPRK and at an attempt at destabilization .It is significant that Western Internet Service Providers appear to be blocking or denying access to DPRK news sources such as the Korean Central News Agency on their servers so as to create an atmosphere of confusion. Thirdly, the story has been deliberately created by the Western media to distract attention over from the mounting crisis over Covid 19 which has been caused by globalisation and by the incompetence of different Western leaders . In countries such as the UK the death toll is spiraling out of control , there are shortages of different goods, prices are increasing and businesses are going bankrupt , in France and Belgium there have been riots . Publishing and circulating a false story about the DPRK is an easy way for politicians and the media in capitalist countries to divert people's minds from what is going on their own doorsteps .
Juche Korea will not be shaken by these false rumours but will march on in the spirit of self-reliance towards final victory under the leadership of dear respected Marshal KIM JONG UN !
