The Korean Friendship Association of the UK and the British Group for the Study of the Juche Idea held their 13th Joint Study Session on the 15th of October at 1900 hours BST via Skype . Participating were members of KFA UK and the British Group for the Study of the Juche Idea from London ,West of England and other parts of the UK as well as guests from KFA Andalucia (Spain) . KFA German, the People’s Korea Initiative of Poland and friends from the US and Myanmar .
Dr Dermot Hudson, the Chairman of KFA UK and Chairman of the British Group for the Study of the Juche Idea briefed the participants about the acute situation on the Korean peninsula caused by the south Korean puppets drone intrusion which violated the sovereignty of the DPRK . Dr Hudson explained the ROK puppets were trying to destabilize the DPRK and overthrow socialism . Participants expressed solidarity with the DPRK and strongly denounced the ROK puppets for their hostile provocations .
Dr Hudson answered questions on the following subjects ; studying at KIM IL SUNG University and how he got his doctorate ,also about the press and publications in the DPRK . In his answers Dr Hudson explained that it is possible for foreigners to study at KIM IL SUNG University and that his Doctorate was from the Korean Association of Social Scientists. Dr Hudson said that there were several daily newspapers in the DPRK including Rodong Sinmun, the daily paper of the Workers Party of Korea.
Other questions were raised including travel to the DPRK and how to best help the KFA .
