BGSJI and KFA support the press statement of Korea Association for Human Rights Studies of the DPRK

The British Group for the Study of the Juche Idea (BGSJI ) and Korean Friendship Association of the UK (KFA UK ) issued a joint statement in support of the press statement of spokesperson for the Korea Association for Human Rights Studies of the DPRK that was issued on the 14th of October;

At the 79th session of the UN General Assembly (UNGA) a report full of fabrications and lies about the DPRK, was distributed as an "official UN Document " . The Korea Association for Human Rights Studies categorically rejects the report and characterises it as "a product of the U.S. and the West's conspiracy to escalate confrontation with the DPRK, branding it as the most hideous document for ill-intended political propaganda fabricated to tarnish the image of the dignified DPRK"

Indeed the campaign of the US and other Western countries against the DPRK on the issue of human rights is a conspiracy to overthrow socialism in the DPRK. The US imperialists are trying to use human rights as a lever to demolish the socialist system of the DPRK .

The so-called report of the "Human rights rapporteur "  tries to take issue with the measures of the DPRK against Covid 19 which undoubtedly saved many lives . It also criticises internal laws of the DPRK passed by the Supreme People's Assembly , this is a brazen violation of the DPRK's sovereignty and interference in the internal affairs of the DPRK  .It is deeply shameful that the UN even issued such as a document !.

All these moves of the US imperialists against People's Korea under the guise of "human rights " betray the confrontational nature of the US and its desire to overthrow people -centred socialism in the DPRK and colonise it .

The  Korea Association for Human Rights Studies of the DPRK declares that "We will never tolerate the hostile forces' vicious anti-DPRK "human rights" smear campaign for tarnishing the image of the socialist system centered on the popular masses, the life and soul of all the DPRK people and the cradle of their life, but firmly safeguard the rights and interests of the people."

We denounce the slanderous and false allegations against People's Korea and demand that the US and its lackeys drop the anti-DPRK "human rights " campaign . We support the measures of People's Korea to defend its socialist system.
