Pyongyang, October 11 (KCNA) -- A performance was given at the Central Cadres Training School of the Workers' Party of Korea on October 10, the 79th founding anniversary of the WPK, revving up the atmosphere of significantly greeting the holiday of the great WPK which was born as the guiding force of the revolution with a hammer, sickle and writing brush inscribed on its sacred red flag and leads the country and people to the steady success and prosperity.
The pedigree establishment for training the core of the WPK, symbolic of the absolute prestige of the WPK and the invincible cause of the revolution, was full of noble respect for the glorious history and exploits of the WPK which has carried forward the ideal and spirit of its founding in a pure, thorough and perfect way and demonstrated the dignity, honour and heroism of our great state to the whole world.
Kim Jong Un, general secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea and president of the State Affairs of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, enjoyed the performance.
When Kim Jong Un arrived amid the playing of welcome music, stormy cheers of “Hurrah!” were raised.
All the participants paid the highest tribute to Kim Jong Un, banner of all victories and glory, who is vigorously ushering in a new era of the comprehensive national rejuvenation while glorifying the immortal dignity and honor of the socialist ruling party with the longest history in the world with his outstanding revolutionary ideology and veteran and seasoned leadership.
The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un warmly acknowledged the enthusiastic cheers, extending congratulations to all the participants on the Party founding anniversary.
Among the audience were Presidium members of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the WPK and other members of the central leadership body of the Party, officials of the WPK Central Committee, deputies to the Supreme People's Assembly, officials of armed forces organs, Party officials of ministries, national agencies and Pyongyang and teaching staff and students of the school.
Present there on invitation were Alexandr Matsegora, Russian ambassador to the DPRK, and other leading embassy members as invited individual guests of the head of state.
The performance began with women's chorus and men's chorus "Long Live the Workers' Party of Korea". Put on the stage were hymns of the WPK and songs of patriotism which our people sang in praise of the great Party in the heroic path of accomplishing the revolutionary cause of Juche.
Through the immortal odes to the WPK, the performers sang in high praise of the world of the absolute trust and loyalty to the WPK which is creating the great history of building a rich country with strong army and ushering in a golden age with its outstanding leadership while demonstrating the kinship with the popular masses unprecedented in the world political history.
The songs in praise of the benevolent WPK which is getting stronger with victory century after century and dignified with the great exploits before the time and history and warm with the benevolence of translating all dreams of the people into reality raised the noble ideological emotions that the WPK is, indeed, the eternal conscience, heart and glory of the people.
The song "Care of My Destiny" depicting with rich feeling and poetic words of life the pure and clean loyalty to share the destiny with the WPK which gives happiness and honor to all the people, overcoming all trials, touched the heartstrings of the audience as it impressively represented the peculiar feelings sealed like bloodline between the Party and the popular masses.
The audience applauded "Song for the Motherland" and "Passion" sincerely and grandly singing the patriotic desire and passion for the eternal prosperity of the most beautiful, the greatest country.
The performance reached the climax with female chorus and male chorus "Our National Flag" and female solo and male chorus "National Anthem of the DPRK" as it excited the audience with the songs of singled-hearted loyalty and faith inexhaustible to the end of the world and times.
Fireworks were displayed amid the emotional cheers.
Kim Jong Un warmly acknowledged the performers and the audience, expressing satisfaction over the successful performance.
All the participants raised stormy cheers with their burning determination to boundlessly remain faithful to the sacred cause of glorifying the glorious era of Kim Jong Un into a golden age of developing the WPK with his great inheritance, outstanding leadership and warm loving care.
