The Association For the Study of Songun Politics UK (ASSPUK) , the Juche Idea Study Group of England(JISGE), the UK Korean Friendship Association (UK KFA )  , and the British Solidarity Committee for Peace and Reunification in Korea (BSCPRKP)issued a joint statement in support of the statement of the Consultative Council for National Reconciliation (CCNR) of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea(DPRK) issued on the 3rd of August ;
  The wretched and reactionary south Korean puppets have been much put out by the 2nd successful test fire of the Hwasong 14 ICBM and have taken to kicking up a row about it . This is inciting confrontation .
  The south Korean puppets have threatened to impose so-called 'independent sanctions' on the DPRK and significantly deploy another extra four THAAD(Terminal High Altitude Area Defense) launchers in south Korea,. The south Korean puppets are also talking about a joint missile drill with the US imperialists and have stepped up military tensions. This is a far cry from the 'peace' programme that the present south Korean chief executive was elected on. The deployment of extra THAAD launchers is an act of abject flunkeyism and treachery .
  The south Korean puppets should not take issue with the Hwasong 14 because it is the independent right of the DPRK to self-defence
 The CCNR of the DPRK is absolutely correct to point out that "The south Korean authorities should not run riot, well aware of the fact that their moves of dancing to the tune of psychopath-like Trump will only invite the disaster of a nuclear war."
 We totally support these admonitions  and call for the south Korean regime to pull back from the ill advised road of confrontation with the DPRK and instead follow the road of independence and peace.
