The Association For the Study of Songun Politics UK (ASSPUK) , the Juche Idea Study Group of England(JISGE), the UK Korean Friendship Association (UK KFA ) , and the British Solidarity Committee for Peace and Reunification in Korea (BSCPRKP)issued a joint statement in support of the statement issued by the KPA Panmunjom Mission ' U.S. Will be to Blame for Consequences from Joint Military Drill' ;
The US imperialists and the south Korean puppets have already began Uli Freedom Guardian which involve some 17 500 U.S. imperialist aggressor troops in south Korea and abroad, at least 50 000 troops of the south Korean puppet army and armed forces of seven satellite countries which include the UK ,Australia ,France , Colombia and other countries . Civilians will also be involved on the drill . The exercises are being held at a time a great tension . Moreover the exercises include
beheading operations etc.
Ulji Freedom Guardian is not defensive. It is about invading the DPRK and destroying the socialist system in the DPRK , in essence regime change by force pure and simple . The fact that it is held annually does not make it any less aggressive indeed it basically shows the hostile intent of the
US towards the DPRK.
Given the fact the exercises are large in scale and being held at a time of acute tension , the likelihood of the exercises spilling over into actual war is very great indeed, Thus the KPA Panmunjom Mission correctly warns the US imperialists of this and makes its clear that the US will be to blame for the consequences of going ahead with Ulji Freedom Guardian.
We support the statement of the KPA Panmunjom Mission and uphold the right of the DPRK to take all measures to defend itself from US imperialist aggression,
