30th  of October  2026

 The British Group for the Study of the Juche Idea and  the  Korean Friendship Association of the UK  KFA  UK )  , issued a joint statement in support of the press statement  of the spokesman for the Ministry of National Defence of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK ) that was issued on Friday 30th of October;

In the past few days the US and ROK , the enemy states of the DPRK , have escalated tension on the Korean peninsula  in an unprecedented  ways . For example they held the so-called "Freedom Flag " exercise which was launched on the 26th of October ,This exercise is huge in scale and involves army , navy and marines as well as  AWACS and attack drones. The US and ROK have also staged multi-domain exercises .

The US and ROK are looking to launch pre-emptive strikes on the DPRK.

As the spokesman of the DPRK Ministry of National Defence stated "The frequent military moves of the enemy states at the doorstep of the DPRK are increasing the danger of inviting an unexpected armed conflict that will result in catastrophic consequences as the ROK military gangsters are deliberately aggravating the tension in the DPRK-ROK border area"

Clearly the situation on the Korean peninsula is approaching a situation of near war thanks to the continuous and fool hardy provocations. This being the case , the DPRK is perfectly entitled to take counteractions against the US imperialists and ROK puppets.

The DPRK Ministry of National Defence declares that  "Any hostile act of violating the security right of the state is the target of the DPRK's armed forces' just exercise of its sovereign right."

We support the right of the DPRK to defend itself from the aggressive moves of the US and ROK !

Defend People's Korea with No Ifs or Buts !
