The Association for the Study of Songun Politics UK(ASSPUK) , the Juche Idea Study Group of England (JISGE) , the UK Korean Friendship Association(UK KFA) and the British Solidarity Committee For Peace and Reunification on the Korean peninsula (BSCPRKP) issued the following joint statement on the occasion of the 6th anniversaries of the election of the dear respected Marshal Kim Jong Un as supreme leader of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea(DPRK)
   The respected Marshal  Kim Jong Un was elected to the positions of First Secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea on the 11th of April 2012 and First Chairman of the former National Defence Commission of the DPRK (now the State Affairs Commission ) on the13th of April 2012.  These momentous decisions placed dear respected comrade Kim Jong Un  at the head of the state,party and army and at the helm of the Korean revolution, basically the supreme leader of the DPRK.
 Dear respected Marshal  Kim Jong Un was democratically elected as supreme leader of the DPRK . It was a profound manifestation of the support , trust , respect and affection of the masses of Korean people and members of the WPK for him . Seeing many documentaries and videos of the on-the-spot guidance  of respected Marshal Kim Jong Un  we can tell that he is the most popular leader in the world and that the entire Korean people are united rock-solid behind the dear respected Marshal  Kim Jong Un and will win final victory under his masterly leadership.
   During the give years of  his Supeme leadership   Dear respected Marshal Kim Jong Un  has shown great energy , determination and dynamism in his roles . Project after project ,such as Mirae Scientists Street.  has been completed . Prosperity is rising and the Korean people under the leadership of dear respected Marshal Kim Jong Un are rushing towards the goal of a thriving socialist country .He is a people's leader who always mixes with the people.Moreover he made the people-orientated principle the order of the day.
  Dear respected Marshal  Kim Jong Un has led the struggle to consolidate the monolithic unity of the WPK, to model it on Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism and defeated the anti-party counter-revolutionary factionalists . Now dear respected Marshal Kim Jong Un is now leading the struggle to implement to the letter Kim Jong Il's behests without an inch of deflection and without a step of concession.

  The great line of building the economy and nuclear force simultaneously was put forward . The self-reliant defence power of People's Korea has grown remarkably . 4 nuclear test have been carried out included the test of the DPRK's first H-bomb. Thanks to respected Marshal Kim Jong Un the DPRK has the power to strike back at its enemies, principally the hated US imperialist aggressors.
     Respected Marshal Kim Jong Un has also stressed the need for self-development and self-reliance thus rejecting imperialist slavery and is leading People's Korea along the path of militant anti-imperialism.The DPRK is the most independent country in the world , a fortress of independent Juche-based socialism .
  Now respected Marshal Kim Jong Un is successfully expanded and consolidated the external relations of People's Korea and also actively taking measures to expedite the cause of Korea's
independent reunification
   Dear respected Marshal Kim Jong Un has brilliantly followed in the footsteps of the great leaders generalissimos Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il  and sticks to the line of independence, Songun and socialism.

Anniversary of Popular Uprising on Jeju Island Marked

Pyongyang, April 3 (KCNA) -- Rodong Sinmun Tuesday dedicates an article to the 70th anniversary of the April 3 Popular Uprising on Jeju Island.

The April 3 Popular Uprising was a righteous anti-U.S., anti-fascist resistance to oppose the U.S. imperialists' colonial enslavement policy in south Korea and their moves for national division and achieve democracy of society and national reunification, the article says, and goes on:

The south Korean people do not allow their aspiration and demand, democratic rights and livelihood to be trampled down by the U.S. and the pro-American conservative forces. They are turning out to decisively punish the aggressors and traitors.

Just is their struggle to uproot the evils of the conservatives and realize the dream of new politics and new society.

70 years have passed since the April 3 Popular Uprising on Jeju Island in south Korea. Independence and democracy of the south Korean society and national reunification, so ardently desired by the uprisers, should be realized without fail.

The conservative group of south Korea is making last-ditch efforts to seek a way for revival while insulting the April 3 Popular Uprising as "riot by the leftist forces" and justifying its crime-woven history. A severe punishment should be given to the satanic group which is betraying the nation, beautifying the pro-U.S. sycophancy and fascist dictatorship and seeking a way out in confrontation with the fellow countrymen. -0

Now Is Time to Reject Cooperation with Foreign Forces: KCNA Commentary

Pyongyang, April 2 (KCNA) -- Now the Koreans' aspiration for reunification is now growing stronger than ever before and the national reconciliation and unity have become a trend of the times.

It was against this background that the south Korean authorities joined in the anti-DPRK confrontation confab called the 10th "security meeting" with the U.S. and Japan.

As is known well, the 10th "security meeting" pursues the aim of realizing the U.S. scenario for internationalizing the naval intercepting operation against the DPRK.

The "meeting", held at the U.S. Defense Department on March 21 and 22, said that the U.S., Japan and south Korea jointly make efforts to check the DPRK's illegal activities including goods transactions and continue to take the lead in coping with the DPRK's goods transactions on the open sea.

This is part of the sinister confab to sustain the military confrontation and sanctions and pressure upon the DPRK by going against the trend of detente on the Korean peninsula.

Foreign forces, much upset by the mounting desire of the Koreans for the improvement of the inter-Korean relations and reunification, are making desperate efforts to stifle the DPRK, intentionally throwing a wet blanket over the atmosphere of national reconciliation and unity.

The south Korean authorities' persistent behavior of supporting the U.S. scenario to stifle the DPRK is greatly disappointing all Koreans who ardently wish to bring earlier lasting peace on the Korean peninsula and its independent reunification.

Foreign forces do not want the improvement of the inter-Korean relations and the easing of the military tension on the peninsula and the national reconciliation and unity for the emergence of a reunified power.

Historically, the U.S. and Japan had stirred up the confrontation atmosphere whenever the detente and peace on the Korean Peninsula and the improvement of the inter-Korean relations was created. This was to carry out their aggressive goal at the sacrifice of the Korean nation's interests.

The U.S. and its vassal forces are still now leaving no means untried to reverse the tide of the present situation by driving a wedge between the north and the south, displeased with the trend of the situation on the peninsula.

It is very clear that the cooperation with foreign forces is self-destruction as they seeks to fish in troubled waters by keeping the Korean nation divided and let them fight each other.

If the south Korean authorities are truly interested in the settlement of the national issue, they should discard an illusion about foreign forces.

Cooperation with foreign forces leads to confrontation and war.

Nobody can bring peace and reunification to the Korean nation.

Pursuing cooperation with foreign forces in disregard of the demand and interests of the nation is bound to end up breaking the north-south relations and bringing oneself to ruin finally.

Now is the time to reject the shameful cooperation with foreign forces and join in the trend of the times aspiring for the improvement of the north-south relations and independent reunification through national cooperation. -0-

Kim Jong Un Enjoys Performance of South Side Art Troupe

Pyongyang, April 2 (KCNA) -- Respected Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un, together with his wife Ri Sol Ju, enjoyed a performance "Spring Comes" given by the art troupe of the south side on a visit to Pyongyang at the East Pyongyang Grand Theatre on April 1.

He was greeted by the leading members of the south side art troupe including To Jong Hwan, minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism, and Yun Sang, music supervisor, at the theatre hall.

He exchanged warm greetings with them and warmly welcomed their Pyongyang visit.

He said that as he may have no time because of his complicated political program early in April, he came to enjoy the performance of the south side art troupe he invited to visit here, though it was given late. And he expressed thanks to them for coming here with good performance prepared by them with sincerity in a short span of time.

When Kim Jong Un and Ri Sol Ju appeared at the stalls together with To Jong Hwan and other figures of the south side, all the audience enthusiastically cheered them with loud applause.

South side's stars sang their favorite songs energetically on the stage where the performance's title "Spring Comes" was seen.

The performers were greatly excited to see the stage being provided with reconciliation with the north and the south being as one again, while exchanging greetings with the audience and telling about their Pyongyang visit with warm compatriotism.

The performance ended with the song "Our Wish Is Reunification."

The performance was acclaimed by the audience as it made them keenly feel once again that the people in the north and the south are the fellow countrymen with their ardent desire and mind desirous of national concord pooling.

At the end of the performance, audience presented bouquets to the south side artistes.

Kim Jong Un and Ri Sol Ju congratulated the performers on their successful performance, warmly waving to them.

After the performance ended, he met and shook hands with the leading actors and actresses of the south side art troupe one by one and expressed his deep thanks to them for pleasing our people through their fine performance.

He said that he was deeply moved to see our people sincerely acclaiming the performance, deepening the understanding of the popular art of the south side.

Saying that the Pyongyang performance by the south side art troupe has brought spring of peace to the entire nation in the north and the south along with the performance title "Spring Comes", he added that when such good atmosphere is preserved carefully and continuously, only the beautiful spring when new buds sprout and flowers blossom and the rich autumn when the crops are abundant will always be in the way of our fellow countrymen.

Expressing expectation that the Pyongyang visit by the south side art troupe would mark a significant occasion of demonstrating the appearance of the one nation, he had a souvenir picture taken with the members of the art troupe.

Among the audience were Kim Yong Nam, member of the Presidium of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea and president of the Presidium of the Supreme People's Assembly of the DPRK, Choe Hwi, vice-chairman of the Central Committee of the WPK, Kim Yo Jong, first vice department director of the Central Committee of the WPK, Ri Son Gwon, chairman of the Committee for the Peaceful Reunification of the Country, Pak Chun Nam, minister of Culture, and citizens in Pyongyang. -0-

Rodong Sinmun on Inevitable Product of Capitalism

Pyongyang, April 1 (KCNA) -- The imperialists become vociferous about "advantage" of capitalism as never before, but they can never hide the rotten capitalist society with any honey words and false propaganda, Rodong Sinmun says in an article Sunday.

It goes on:

The escalation of the socio-class contradiction and confrontation is an inevitable product of the capitalist society.

The political system of capitalism is the most reactionary one trampling down the independent right of the popular masses.

The politics in the capitalist society is under the monopoly financial combine's thumb and speaks for the interest of the exploiting classes from A to Z.

The capitalist economic system is the most reactionary one spawning bipolarization such as the rich getting ever richer and the poor ever poorer.

The capitalist economic system is the vicious exploitative society in which capitalists meet their limitless greed in return for leaving no stone untried to violate the interest of the working masses in all economic levers.

The capitalist cultural system is the most reactionary one serving only the realisation of the interests of the capitalist class.

The reactionary culture prevalent in the capitalist society is a tool for paralyzing the revolutionary consciousness of the working masses and oppressing and exploiting them in the interests of the exploiting class who has the means of production.

Capitalist society is "heaven" for a handful of the privileged classes, but it is a living hell for working people who have no money.

Inevitable is the escalation of the socio-class contradiction and confrontation in this system. -0-

On April 15, the people of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea and its friends from all over the world celebrate Day of the Sun, the 106th birth anniversary of the Great Leader Comrade Kim Il Sung.
The Democratic People's Republic of Korea was born from the wreckage of a country occupied for 35 years by the Japanese imperialists. Their atrocities still outweighed the raid of US aggressors and their vassals during the Fatherland  Liberation War. In many other countries war crimes were quickly forgotten, and we also met with their apologies and approvals. Otherwise, in People's Korea, through consistent class education and the great Juche idea, the young generation understands the real essence of imperialism and the importance of national independence and the construction of socialism.
Members of the Paektusan Czech-Korean Friendship Association and the Czech Group for the Study and Materialization of the Juche Idea and all progressive people in former Czechoslovak Socialist Republic respect the DPRK as a fortress of social progress and independence, which is most rigorously defending rightful peace and resistance against imperialism. At the same time, it provides its entire people with social security that does not exist in most of the world.
Thanks to the decisive policy of the Workers' Party of Korea headed by Great Leaders Comrade Kim Il Sung and Comrade Kim Jong Il and Respected Supreme Leader Comrade Kim Jong Un, thanks to the Juche idea, the Songun politics and great Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism, DPRK has defended its national independence and socialism in extremely difficult conditions after defeating of socialism in many former brotherly countries including former Czechoslovakia.
The collectivist organization of the liberated part of Korea can be a model for the whole world which is devastated by exploitation, individualism, selfishness and decadent violent and perverse culture that couses crimes and terrorism. While the Great Leader Comrade Kim Il Sung rightfully called DPRK society the big red family, bourgeois society is divided by political, religious, national and racial hatred. Progressive people are persecuted by the rule of warmongers, exploiters, and thieves of national property.
Class enemies are trying to destroy People's Korea over the seventy years of its existence. Therefore its defense measures, including nuclear weapons, are fully justified and necessary. Warmongers have no right to criticize them as long as they are themselves armed with nuclear weapons.
Illegal and completely unfair economic sanctions against the DPRK must be rejected and abolished, and, on the contrary, all-round friendly cultural and business relations developed.
In the eyes of the citizens of the former Czechoslovak Socialist Republic, the achievements, courage and determination of the DPRK excelled in the fact that, after the counter-revolution, most of the achievements of socialism were destroyed in our country, social ownership was eliminated, and social security was being reduced. It has caused hundreds of thousands of unemployed and tens of thousands of homeless people. Czechoslovakia was divided into two colonies of imperialism of the US and the European Union.
In the year of the seventieth anniversary of the DPRK's establishment, position of Juche Korea on the international scene has been substantially strengthened and significant actions have been taken to protect peace and to ease tensions in the Korean Peninsula. We are convicted that People's Korea will not give up its social system, which was chosen and strenghtened by the Korean people themselves, and that Korean people will achieve new great successes in the construction and defense of socialism and in the effort to turn out US troops from the occupied part of the country and to independent reunification.

Due Consequence

Due Consequence Lee Myung-bak was detained on March 23 for unpopular rule and high-profile graft. At the news of Lee’s arrest, civic bodies and people shouted hurrah with joy in each other’s arms and exclaimed “Shame on you.”    The "Commando for Seizing MB" and other organizations held news conferences near Lee’s residence on March 23 at which they said Lee’s deed is a grave crime which emasculated constitutional order as he sought self-interest by abusing the presidency, while strongly claiming his early detention.     The ruling Democratic Party and opposition parties stressed that Lee himself invited his arrest and a stern punishment awaits Lee as all suspicions are evident. He, during his term of presidency, took a bribe worth 11 billion won (11 million US$) and accepted 35 billion won (35 million US$) from a firm. It is mindset of the south Korean people to mete out punishment of destruction to Lee Myung-bak. Saying that Lee’s arrest is due result, the south Korean people are waging a vigorous action to remove Lee and the Liberty Korea Party, a hotbed of crime, and achieve justice and democracy.
