Peace-breaker and Murderer
The US unrestrainedly revealed its true colours as murderer and peace-breaker during the Korean war.
Claiming that Korea is a battlefield on which all the success of the US might depend, it invaded the DPRK that was following a path towards progressive development.
Everything was destroyed and plundered, and peaceful sounds of music gave way to explosion of bombs, enforcing the Korean people into untold misfortune and sufferings.
“Don’t let your hands tremble even when those who appear before you are children or old people. Kill them! In doing so you will be saving yourselves from ruin and fulfilling your responsibilities as soldiers of the ‘UN Forces,’” a US commander ordered. Accordingly, the invaders committed atrocities of all descriptions.
Everywhere they went they shot, beat and burnt innocent civilians to death. Even they slaughtered people by employing the most brutal and medieval methods that are impossible to describe in words and writing. Saying that it is so happy for mothers to stay with their children, an American officer ordered that children were separated from their mothers and gasoline was sprayed over them crying for hunger to burn them to death.
The Americans made no bones about pouring internationally banned bacterial and chemical bombs over innocent people.
Their indiscriminate bombing laid waste to the DPRK.
Clark, who commanded the “UN Forces” towards the end of the war, ordered mass destruction, claiming that they would completely wipe off the map 78 towns in the DPRK.
The capital city of Pyongyang was reduced to rubbles, with no single building left in one piece, after it was bombed out with as many as 428 000 bombs, the number greater than its population.
Throughout the war the US Air Force made 800 000 sorties and the squadrons of the Marines Corps and Navy Force over 250 000 sorties to drop 18 bombs per square kilometre on average, or 3.7 times as many as those dropped on Japan proper during the Pacific War. Such an indiscriminate bombardment burnt all dwelling houses, cultural and healthcare facilities and industrial establishments to the ground.
The atrocity-ridden war claimed well over a million civilian lives in the DPRK.
The Korean war raged on to be a do-or-die fight between the just defenders of peace and the vicious invaders, murderers and destroyers.
Under the guidance of the great leader Comrade Kim Il Sung, the Korean people and service personnel fought at the risk of their lives by displaying unparalleled patriotism, mass heroism and bravery, thereby beating the US which had boasted of being the “strongest” in the world and defending their national dignity and sovereignty. Their victory halted the ever-impending nuclear war crisis and defended the global environment for peaceful development.
