BGSJI and KFA UK support the June 6 press statement of comrade Kim Yo Jong department director of the Central Committee of the Workers Party of Korea

 The British Group for the Study of the Juche Idea (BGSJI) and the Korean Friendship Association UK(KFA UK )issued the following joint statement in support of the press statement , that was issued on the 6th of June ,of comrade Kim Yo Jong , department director of the Central Committee of the Workers Party of Korea ;

Recently the US has made a big noise about the 'denuclearisation ' of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK), claiming that this has been agreed with a neighbouring country to the DPRK , China . Of course the US have deliberately made this assertion ahead of the visit of the Chinese president to the DPRK .

In her adroit and well-crafted statement comrade Kim Yo Jong brands the US assertion as "absolutely untrue".

Moreover , the DPRK's status as a nuclear power is completely non negotiable . The DPRK will not discuss its nuclear status with anyone . As comrade Kim Yo Jong says " And we also make it clear that we do not discuss with anyone our core sovereignty and security and the insolent act of violating the state constitution which should be observed in the most sacred way"

The DPRK nuclear status is now included in the basic state law of the DPRK and is irreversible . The US needs to give up its ridiculous day dream of denuclearising the DPRK .

In her press statement comrade Kim Yo Jong draws attention to the recent US nuclear moves against the DPRK which says rightly points constitute a " dangerous evolution of the nuclear alliance against the DPRK".

Recently the US state department approved the sale  of Joint Direct Attack Munitions(JDAM) to the ROK .

For this reason the DPRK will continue to bolster its self-defence including the nuclear deterrent . Comrade Kim Yo Jong points out that "The DPRK's status as a nuclear weapons state is the line of no retreat and it is a stark reality whether anyone recognizes it or not..Reality never changes by outsiders' hope or rhetoric." This is indeed very true .

We fully support the line of the DPRK to continue to increase its nuclear deterrence and not to negotiate without anyone on the issue of nuclear weapons.
