The British Group for the Study of the Juche Idea (BGSJI), the Korean Friendship Association of the UK) and the issued the following joint statement in support of the press statement titled " The anachronistic and futile attempt to challenge the inviolable sovereignty and the prestige of the DPRK will entail self-destructive results" that was issued on the 18th of February by a spokesperson of the Foreign Ministry of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) ;
Recently , there has been an unseemly clamour from the US imperialists for the so-called "denuclearisation " of the DPRK . The US Secretary of State Rubio met with the puppet ROK foreign minister at the Munich security conference . The word 'denuclearisation ' appears 10 times in the report . The US, ROK and Japan agreed to work "complete denuclearization of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea".
Of course the " denuclearisation " touted by the US is nothing but a code word for regime change and the overthrow of the socialist system of the DPRK . Moreover it shows that the US talk of 'dialogue ' and 'good relations ' is false and misleading .
The DPRK Foreign Ministry warns that any threat from hostile countries will face counter-action . Moreover the spokesperson of the DPRK Foreign Ministry points out that "The U.S. is pursuing an outdated and absurd plan of "denuclearization", which is now getting more impossible and impracticable even in terms of practice and conception from the actual point of view. As for the shortsighted "goal" of the U.S., it is no more than the height of stupidity that arouses the astonishment of the world people as if ignorant primitives ask the moderns to return to their society.
The U.S. is not yet awakened from the failed old dream of "denuclearization", the phrase of which dimmed in memory at present. It is the official stand of the DPRK government that it is not worth consideration to respond to such escapist stand of the U.S., and we condemn and reject the U.S. action in the most resolute tone."
This is indeed very true . If the US wants peace it should drop its demand for denuclearisation . The DPRK has been a nuclear power for nearly 20 years .
We support the resolve of the DPRK not to denuclearise and to defend its interests and sovereignty .
No to denuclearisation !
