The Association For the Study of Songun Politics UK (ASSPUK) , the British Group for the Study of the Juche Idea(BGSJI), the Korean Friendship Association of the UK (KFA UK ) ,and the British Solidarity Committee for Peace and Reunification in Korea (BSCPRKP) issued a joint statement in support of the Press Statement of Kim Son Gyong, vice-minister for International Organizations of the Foreign Ministry(FM ) of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK ) ;
Recently , the UN Secretary General issued a statement denying the DPRK 's right to self-defence by taking issue with the just self-defensive measures of the DPRK and its Korean People's Army (KPA ).The DPRK had clarified through several statements tha the measures taken by the KPA were a counter-action to the aggressive exercises of the US imperialists and south Korean puppets which aimed at invading the DPRK .
As the statement of Kim Son Gyong Kim Son Gyong, vice-minister for International Organizations of the DPRK FM points out "the UN secretary general is echoing what the White House and the State Department say as if he were their mouthpiece, which is deplorable...Who committed the provocation and who is to be blamed for it?"
Once again the UN is acting as a puppet of the US imperialists . Shame on the UN !
The unfair and biased behaviour of the UN Secretary General is contributing to the tensions on the Korean peninsula .
We support the statement of Kim Son Gyong . We say that the UN must act in a fair and impatrial manner and contribute to world peace .It should not just serve big powers .
