Pyongyang, March 22 (KCNA) -- Kim Jong Un, general secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea, sent a message of greeting to Thongloun Sisoulith, general secretary of the Central Committee of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party (LPRP), on March 22.
He in the message extended warm congratulations to the general secretary, the Central Committee and all members of the LPRP on the occasion of its 67th founding anniversary.
The message noted that the LPRP has achieved great successes by leading the Lao people's struggle for national liberation and the building of an independent and prosperous new society for the past 67 years since its foundation.
It expressed firm belief that under the energetic guidance of the general secretary, the LPRP would further develop the people's democratic system and victoriously advance socialist construction by braving all challenges and difficulties and attaining the struggle goals set at the 11th Congress of the LPRP without fail.
Expressing conviction that the good, friendly and cooperative ties between the two parties would be given steady continuity as ever on the road for accomplishing the cause of socialism, the message sincerely wished the general secretary fresh success in his responsible work for the development of the LPRP. -0-
