The Association for the Study of Songun Politics(ASSPUK) , the British Group for the Study of Juche Idea (BGSJI), the Korean Friendship Association of the UK and British Solidarity Committee for Peace and Reunification on the Korean Peninsula (BSCPRKP) issued a joint statement about the worsening situation on the Korean peninsula caused by the US imperialists and south Korean fascist puppets;
On the 2nd of April the Korean Central News Agency published a detailed commentary detailing the persistent aggressive actions of the US imperialists and south Korean fascist puppets towards the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK). The commentary pointed out that the desperate acts of the warmongering US imperialists are going depite the warnings of the DPRK and the counter-measures taken by the DPRK.
The US and south Korea carried out the 'Freedom Shield " and 'Ssangyong ' aggressive war exercises ,even involving satellite countries such as Britain. The US and south Korea actively carried out 'beheading operations ' and 'regime change ' operations as well bringing into the Korean peninsula Stealth Fighters and B-52H nuclear strategic bombers .
The war exercises are contuining . Four B52 bombers have arrived in Guam to threaten People's Korea . The US nuclear powered aircraft carrier the USS Nimitz , one of the largest in the world , has arrived in Pusan , south Korea and will take part in war exercises with south Korea and the Japanese imperialists which are aimed at People's Korea . Thus the situation on the Korean peninsula has been strained to extremes , a war could break out at any time.
Not content with their present warmongering the US imperialists and south Korean puppets plan the biggest war exercises in June , no doubt to coincide with the 73rd anniversary of the provocation of the Fatherland Liberation War by the US imperialists and south Korean puppets.
The ongoing situation on the Korean peninsula shows that talk of 'peace ' and 'no hostile intent' by the US imperialists is merely deception , a lie .
We must step up solidarity with People's Korea with No If or Buts
